Stayed Dec 14, 2025We had a great time enjoying this spacious home with private pool & deck area. It was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Many great memories were made in the heated pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet with the nearby marina. The boat traffic was entertaining as we chatted with passersby. The passing boats were not noisy or intrusive at all in the canal. Would definitely stay again if our travels take us back to Sarasota.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025Beautiful house, the pool is just as beautiful as the pictures online. It's not overly huge, but it felt plenty big enough for the 6 of us. The hot tub warms up fast and got nice and hot. The inside of the house is more spacious than I expected. The kitchen is huge and really nicely furnished (I like to cook and having lots of pots, pans, nice knives, etc is really nice). There are TVs everywhere, so we could always have music or sports on in the background. There are plenty of nice restaurants around, and the public beach is 10-12 minutes away by car. The manager seemed very responsive, though we really didn't have to contact him much as we didn't experience hiccups or issues. He called me on our first day right after we landed and gave me the code to the house and we were able to check in a couple hours early. The pool area is about 100 yards from the marina, which stayed pretty active - if some mild background noise is a big issue for you, it might not be ideal, but it was definitely not enough to impact us in any meaningful way. Really thought this was a great place, and the price was exceptional for what we got.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025This was a beautiful home! Tastefully decorated with everything you need for a worry free stay. Close proximity to Siesta Key beach as well as downtown and St Armand’s. The outdoor living space provided a relaxing spot to unwind and the pool was lovely. My guests and I were extremely happy with this home and would highly recommend booking this property.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024I have stayed in quite a few rentals over the past few years here in Florida, and this was by far the best experience so far. The house is new, updated with all the nicer amenities and in a great location. Highly recommend to others and we hope to be back next year!

Stayed May 3, 2023Upon landing in Sarasota, I was informed that the Host had double booked the property and that she had cancelled my reservation. I had booked and paid in early Feb and validated prior day that all was good. I was hosting 8 people with nowhere to stay. VRBO was of no help because they do not do same day check ins and told me to call back the next day. I ended up paying much more for a location further from the water because of the incompetence of Tia Castle (host) and VRBO.
