However, there is a small (very limited) parking area located in between these two locations at 400 Eastern Lake Rd (Eastern Lake Municipal Parking Facility) only about a 1-2 minute walk to the access points. These locations do not allow professional vendor beach chair setups, so guests would need to bring their own beach gear to and from the beach. There are area companies that will deliver gear to your home for you to use throughout your stay. brbrClosest Public Beach Access w/ Parking Area and allows vendor beach chair setups: The closest public beach access with a parking area is the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access 1.5 miles away, about a 4 minute drive or a 7-8 minute bike ride. The guest home features a primary bedroom with ensuite bath, a smaller bedroom with queen bed, and a cute little bunk room with two twins as well as another full kitchen and family room.brYou'll have access to both homes, and a beautiful private backyard with outdoor dining, ping pong, grill, pool, hot tub and a firepit. Bikes and a golf cart are onsite (golf cart by separate rental agreement at $150 a day).brLocated in Old Seagrove, just down the street from Seaside. Easy beach access, a plethora of restaurants. We are located a couple blocks north of 30A and have plenty of parking (5 spots). Amazing backyard with a private pool, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor dining, ping pong, and much more.brIt's an easy walk to the beach but we also have at least ten bicycles for your use and a 6 passenger golf cart (a separate rental agreement and deposit is required; it is $150 a day to use).brDisclosures:brbrbrTo keep an eye on the golf cart, yard and pool maintenance we do have security cameras at the doorbell, front, back of main house, and on the backyard pool area.
