Stayed Jul 18, 2025The owners/management was very quick to respond about a possible early check in and gave us all information needed! They were organized and prompt with multiple forms of communication (VRBO, email and text). The house was gorgeous and easily accessible. It was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. Once we got to the house, it would not cool. After a few hours of keeping shades drawn, doors, shut, etc. the house still wouldn’t cool past 75-76 degrees. We called, texted, emailed and messaged management multiple times with no answer. The fridge also was not keeping food cold enough. Ice was melting in the freezer and our milk was warm after 4 hours in the fridge. Typically this is not an emergency as we had coolers and ice, but our 2 year olds life saving heart medication needs to stay cold (but not frozen) and we had to find an alternative place to store it. Once we got ahold of the company the next morning, we had to make multiple attempts to get the problem fixed (to be fair there was a miscommunication regarding the fridge). The woman we spoke to was very calm and understanding and we really appreciate her efforts in getting it fixed! Things happen, we totally understand, our biggest concern was our medically fragile child comfort in the warm house and ensuring his meds were at the appropriate temperature. Once both technicians came, things improved and it was great! We did not make it to the pool as we were exhausted from the beach every day. Overall, great!!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024There was a big lightning storm the second day we were there. That day the internet went out. The property manager from across the street was there that day to look at the house across the street. I called our property manager. No one ever came out. I called or texted everyday…neither the tv nor the thermostat was functioning. At night the house was getting down to 63 degrees, we had it set fr 78. Finally on our second to last day, someone came out to check on it, and that was only because the fire alarms were all Going off. The house was spacious and beautiful, but the customer service was terrible!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Came down for the 30A Singer Songwriter Festival and loved staying at Coconut Cottage. We were able to walk to the venue to hear some amazing talent. Couple that with delicious restaurants and coffee less than a ten minute walk—it was great! Loved hanging in the hot tub and walking the beach. Beautifully appointed house with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend get away! We Will be back again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Stayed at Coconut Cottage for 6 weeks and it was a very good choice. We have stayed in Nature Walk and Water Sound in the past, but found the area to be more crowded than we like. Coconut Cottage is in Highland Park near Blue Mountain where it's more relaxed. The house was overall clean, pretty well supplied with the essentials and the neighbors were mostly quiet. Communication with Paradise Properties was very good as was the service people we interacted with. They all get very high marks and we would certainly use them again for future rentals needs. Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really love this neighborhood and the Coconut Cottage. We stayed in this house multiple years because it has all of the amenities we need for a stress free stay. This is a great home for families with babies/toddlers (we appreciate the pack n play and booster/high chairs provided). The pool area is fabulous! Plenty of shallow areas for little ones, extra shade from the rock island, and lots of deeper areas for those looking for that. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and has the perfect vibe for 30A. We feel at home here!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Coconut Cottage was such a beautiful, clean home! The location is great - so close to the pool amenities as well as beaches, restaurants, shopping, biking bath, etc. The home itself had everything we needed and was a comfortable, fun place for our family to stay. We hope to go back again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House had everything you could possibly need along with the comforts of your own home. Beach, stores, and restaurants were all in walking distance. Would love to come back in the summer months when the weather is a little warmer
