With a private heated pool, hot tub, 6 bikes, multiple living spaces, and room for up to 12 guests, this home is perfect for families and large groups looking forspace, charm, and privacy.

The home is split into three separate living areas, ideal for multi-family vacations or guests wanting space to spread out.

• Bedroom 3: Twin daybed + twin trundle (connected to Bedroom 2 by barn door)

    The hot tub great, easy walk to beach and gas station/convenience store, abundance of towels, bikes and beach gear. Golf cart was so convenient. Good supply of pots, pans, utensils. Charming decor and unusual bedroom/separated layout. Nice bedding. Nice outdoor spaces. Good supply of incidental household necessities like dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.

    Great stay and great location! The property had everything we needed. The pool was great, so was the hot tub. The outdoor space was wonderful for the kids to explore, especially the koi pond. Plenty of room to spread out and get privacy for larger groups. Location was super close to beach access, and plenty of great food options. Yet far enough away from the craziness of Seaside if you wanted to avoid it. The owner was super responsive and helpful!

    We had a wonderful stay! The listing is exactly as described and in a great location with access to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shops. We had a minor problem during our stay, but Jeff was able to have it fixed within an hour of us contacting him. Would definitely recommend The Sugar Shack!

    Our family including our dog had a great time at The Sugar Shack. The weather was beautiful all week, that made it easy to have a good time. The location was convenient. We enjoyed riding to the beach on the golf cart and exploring the area on it. The pool was really nice especially when the beach was a little rough. The beds in the house were very comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a minor issue and Jeff was quick to have it resolved . We would love to stay at Sugar Shack the next time we visit Seagrove Beach. Jeff is a great host.
