This PRIME Seagrove home is just 2 miles from Seaside and 4 miles from Aly's and Rosemary beach. The home features high ceilings, granite counter tops and beautiful shiplap throughout. We are directly across from our pristine white beach and steps away from our large neighborhood pool. There are two king master suites, one queen and a bunk room that sleeps 4. The home is fully equipped with flat screen HD smart TV's in every bedroom. Wi-Fi and internet services provided. Our home has three porches, two screened for you to relax after a day at the beach or for a family meal. Our six person street legalbrGolf cart is available for guests 25 and older with a valid drivers license, and a signed waiver from host. As per Walton County LSV ordinance, all passengers must wear seat belts or child restraints. Guests may take the golf cart along 30A where the speed limit does not exceed 35 mph.
