Management company was very fast at replying to any questions. The entire house needs to be scrubbed and painted. There are random splatters around in various places in the house. Some on the ceiling in kitchen. Loads of wall scuffs from furniture. The worst in the large 4 twin bedded rooms.Maybe we are at the end of the season and they will be doing now that we are leaving. CLeaning service is not cleaning theFloors. We did enjoy the many conversation living areas. Being all adults, the options for sleeping without having to be in bunk beds was nice.

Property location was great! Golf cart was a huge plus! Space for everyone!

We had the best time staying at this place, we had teenagers and adults and it worked perfectly to accommodate everyone. Loved the location and the golf cart! My only (very small) wish is that it had a garbage disposal. We had such a great time we booked again for our next vacation to watercolor.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Negatives: We did have difficulty with upstairs game room/bedroom air conditioning. Property still continued to not cool even after ac company fixed the lower half. Based off previous review, looks like a Reoccurring issue. Upstairs 2 twin bedroom beds we so squeaky every time you moved. Waking up the room multiple times in the night. Laundry area washers are really Stained with mold marks, looks really yucky... but it’s stained and looks to have been addressed and cleaned. Property was cleaned well, stocked with the basics and we had a greatWeek overall. We lloved watercolor and hope to return to the area again before to long.

This is our 5th year to stay in Watercolor. We are always excited to see the interior of the homes we have rented for the week, this time it was different. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors, one of our guests socks were dirty on the bottom on the second day of arrival. The ice maker did not work properly, we were buying bags of ice. We grilled our 2nd evening there and the grill would not heat up past 250*, it took a very long time to gill the burgers/etc. We also did not have grilling tools. The sinks in the primary bathroom did not drain properly which isn't the best sight to see when washing your face, brushing your teeth. The shower in the primary bathroom did not drain very well either. The shower that one of our adult kids used in the bathroom near the kitchen had little water pressure. The furniture in the living area by the kitchen was dingy. The washing machine needs to be wiped out and try to remove the mold from the rubber seal. The bed bench in the bedroom by the wine cooler refrigerator had really bad stains on it, my daughter did not want to set her belongings on it. All this to say, I did share this list w/the rental home company. I did speak w/the maintenance man a couple of times and the owner & did receive a reimbursement for the cleaning fee of 746. However, the cleanliness/plumbing & other issues addressed during our family vacation, we would like to receive additional compensation and would appreciate your consideration.

We had a great time and the house was nice! Only problem was the upstairs bonus room was hard to cool and there was no window treatments which made it very bright in there early in the morning!

House is located close enough to everything with a golf cart drive or short walk. Smooth check in/out and support was available when needed.

The house was beautiful on a wonderful dead end street. There a few issues that need to be addressed: the lids of the outside garbage cans don’t fit so critters can get into the garbage, the fake drawer below the kitchen sink fell off and hit my daughter’s leg, the floors were not very clean, the house needs some paint and cleaning.

This trip was everything we expected and more!!

We needed a big place to house all our family and this was perfect. The golf cart and bikes were so convenient!
