My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The house is super clean, tons of towels, beds were comfy, outdoor shower was awesome and the pool was great!! The location of the house is really the best. Walk next door for food or two doors down to another restaurant. The beach is clean and extremely walkable. The property management is super responsive. Highly recommend

I’ve been coming to this area of Florida with my family every year since I was born. This is by far my favorite house I’ve ever stayed in! Not only is it the perfect walking distance to the beach and everything in Grayton, the pool in the back is a *chefs kiss*. I booked this property for February so it was a little chilly out and had the pool heated for the duration of my stay. If I had any questions at all, the property manager was quick to reply. The house was clean and so beautiful - it looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing is the lights around the pool can be a little bright at night so make sure you pull down the shades in the room. I will absolutely be booking this place again!

We came to attend a wedding at Grayton Beach and were the preferred location for almost all the wedding party as the unit is so closely located to everything! Awesome stay…awesome location.

The property is excellent in every way. The listing describes the property accurately. We visited in October, our favorite time to visit the beach. Our first stay in Grayton. Love the vibe. Property is next door to Chirongo Bar, best food experience in Grayton by far, in our opinion. The swimming pool was a really nice addition for us…we paid for the heated pool amenity and glad we did. Property management was very responsive to us when we had a minor issue. Great communication. Will be back to Grayton for sure!!

The inside was clean but the outside area had some trash when we arrived. The property can hold 10 people, but it is more suitable for maybe two couples with small children as there wasn’t much living space for everyone to be in at once. There also was very little space to put your clothes. There were storage items in the closets so we didn’t have places to hang clothing and not much dresser space either. The parking was also an issue. There are signs but you have no recourse if someone parks in the property spots. It would be nice to have a way to handle when that happens because we were left without a spot after dinner a night because someone ignored the residential sign and we could not locate the vehicle owners. We ended up driving around and ultimately having to go elsewhere for hours until the vehicle left bc there was no where to park. It would be nice to have a number for a tow company since the signs say tow away zone in the event you don’t have a spot.

The home is in a great location and the house itself was perfect for our family. A few days after we checked in we started to have a flea problem at the house. It was outside by the pool and our kids would be covered in fleas anytime they walked out by the pool. It was so bad we could not enjoy the pool at all which (aside from the location) was a reason we booked the house. The second we tried to contact the management company about it we were met with nothing but absolute trouble. It was exhausting trying to get anyone to come out or even help address the situation. Our family owns a home in Grayton beach and they were absolutely blown away with the lack of attention to the situation. They as owners would have NEVER let something like this happen to renters at their home. I would be very weary renting this home! I would like to note it wasn’t lack of effort in trying on our part as we called everyday sometimes even multiple times a day from Tuesday through the time we left Saturday to no avail. We were greeted by the management staff with our complaints with rudeness. WeAlso had friends staying in the home the week after we left and they were dealing with the same frustrating situation. Please beware and consider another property in Grayton. It’s such a special place to us and we think you would have the best experience elsewhere and not at this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying here and visiting Grayton. We will be back! The house is great for small groups and had everything we needed. Loved Chiringos next door and had no problem with noise from the patrons, even with a live band on Friday night. The truck emptying the dumpster at 4:00 AM Saturday was the only time we were disturbed. Liked that we were provided cones and rope to block our parking spaces when we left the house as I am sure we would have come back to no place to park. The owners provided plenty of beach gear and bicycles. Lots of seating by the pool with a huge umbrella for shade. Lights along the fence come on at night and provide a nice atmosphere. A very short walk to the beach and a tram stops just steps away to take you to a small shopping area with restaurants and stores. Highly recommend this rental.
