The house and property are absolutely beautiful and clean. It was perfect to have no stairs to climb (except for the kids staying upstairs). The pool is literally at your back door. With a Living area upstairs and downstairs it was perfect for adults and teens. Lots of things to do in the area. We saw lots of people on bikes, golf carts and walking to the beach but we drove and parked with no problem. Our stay was the first week in October and it wasn't crowded. There are lots of nearby beaches you can easily drive to and park. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will definitely stay again. The beds are soft and comfy. I have a bad back, but I slept wonderfully.

We love Jessa Blu! Very well appointed with comfy couches and beds. The upstairs hang out room was nice to have so everyone could watch their shows and just relax. Being so close to the coffee shop and Mimmos was an added bonus!

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was in a gated community which kept it quiet and peaceful. It is right next to the pool but was never loud or a problem, just very convenient to go swim whenever we wanted! We rented a golf cart and it was a quick drive to the parking at blue mountain beach. You could also walk or bike but we had a lot of kids and beach items so driving was easier for us. There was an issue with the house but the host was very responsive and worked quickly with us to get it resolved. We will definitely be back!

Book your ticket to paradise. This gorgeous home has everything, with easy access to the beach and a resort style pool and workout room, literally just steps away. We rode our bikes to the beach and to the beach bar to watch the sunset. Our girlfriend getaway was great, with plenty of room to sleep our crew and lots of places to gather. We cooked in the gourmet kitchen and sprawled out for cozy movie nights on the comfy sofas. We eill be back! Love Jessa Blu and Blue Mountain Beach.

There were so many memories made during our week at Jessa Blu with the nine of us together, laughing and enjoying our break from our busy lives! What a time we ALL had in a beautiful comfortable home with places to relax for good conversation and all the extras to make the time together so special! Best sleep in the most comfortable perfect beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for those early morning breakfast times around a great table which seemed to be made just for our group. Even game night was so fun even with our heated competitions because of the room this home gives. All of our dinners we enjoyed out as there are so many awesome restaurants in the area. One restaurant Mimos was a big hit andit just a short walk down the sidewalk from Jessa Blu! Beach time is always the best in Blue Mountain and this trip was no exceptional. Nothing like the white sands and crystal blue water and just a short walk to several different choices of accesses to the beach! Even one more secluded than the others that we really enjoyed for the full day out there and a sunset to end that day. We will be back!

A family tragedy lead to a death and 4 hospitalized. I was not refunded my money. I was going to rebook but with an upcoming baby didn't want to pick dates yet. I was beyond my insurance coverage. Very sad companies don't have bigger hearts! They communicated very well and even sent flowers but this was a big investment and a future credit since insurance wasn't an option would have been the right this to do.

It was a wonderful property no issues, clean everything in working order. Our main reason for this trip was to go to catch up with family since covid. The house was close to the beach it was a quick and simple golf cart drive. Daisy, Hollie and Maci were great with communication and would definitely stay at their properties again. ?

Jessa Blu is everything if you are needing to relax and enjoy pool time and beach time! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and some clothes to go and enjoy these amazing restaurants on 30A. When you can work outside of the office and just need to get away or want to bring the family and friends ~ this is your place! Plenty of room and every bedroom has it's own little comfort! Weather is perfect and Jesaa Nluhas everything for you to call this home for as long as you want or need to have some time away! Every room in Jessa Blu is welcoming and just absolutely beautiful! A tv in each bedroom and both living areas ~ one upstairs and one downstairs. A kitchen that has everything if you want to stay in for any meal and cook and relax with a group around the gorgeous dining room table. Village at Blue Mountain Beach is such a wonderful neighborhood for walking around and chatting with those here and a Italian Restaurant (Mimmo's) and a coffee shop and a ice cream parlor are truly right outside this delightful gated community! This home is simply beautiful. Convenient and super close to the beach, pool, restaurants and the creamery! The beaches are amazing and not crowded. Just a perfect home for our low-key, chill vacation as a family!

This was a STUNNING home; easy access to beach, restaurants, and all the adorable beach towns along 30A. The quiet, gated access made us feel like we were in our own private neighborhood (complete with friendly dogs) while keeping us close to everything. We did a fire pit on the beach, loads of playing in the surf, and rode bikes around the Blue Mountain Beach area. It always felt safe and inviting, and the white sand beach is MAGNIFICENT! The house itself is immaculate--loads of room for everyone to sleep, hang out, and chill in the huge open-concept family room/dining room/kitchen or next to the pool (which is directly behind Jessa Blu). It is impeccably decorated--the perfect chic beach house vibe that feels like you're on vacation, but the absolute best kind of vacation. This was truly a dream trip! I love 30A--we've stayed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and Seascape, but the quiet neighborhood feel of Blue Mountain has been my favorite. Couple that with the spectacular comfort and style of Jessa Blu, and this was one of my favorite trips ever!
