If you’re lucky, you may drive over the bridge at the same time a cruise ship is gliding under. Make a trip over the bridge at night, too - the lighting adds to the excitement!brbrOh, and Mickey wants you to know that Orlando is about 90 minutes to the north.brbrWe generally keep the hot tub around 102 during the spring, winter and fall months. During the summer, we keep it slightly cooler (95-99) temperatures, as we have found that guests tend to prefer the water to be cool, or just slightly warm, not hot, during the summer months. The temperature is adjustable to your liking if you prefer it warmer or cooler, and is likely to be set at whatever temperature the last guest set it to.brAssigned parking spaces are strictly enforced. If you are in an oversized vehicle, it may be necessary for you to park as close to the fence on your end as possible, which will possibly mean your back tires may be off of the parking pad. Two vehicles, even oversized, should be able to fit on the pad if both park to the very end of their space. If your vehicle does not fit within your space, there is free street parking in the front of the main house, and you may access the property through the side gate at the driveway.brbrQuiet Hours are 11 pm - 7 am, and are strictly enforced, because this is a shared space. Keep in mind that you are above another rented space and your sound carries downstairs to the guests below, and vice versa. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.brbrNo smoking, excessive drinking or recreational drugs allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces.brbrNo unauthorized visitors are allowed on property.
