Stayed Mar 1, 2023This was in a great location, beautiful grounds, unit on #9 fairway. There is a nice pool with hot tub. As well a nice private beach 5 minutes away. Nearby is the Don Cesar Hotel, St.Pete's Beach and many ammenties. The fee charged was considerably more than other renters but we booked late (August). The decor in the rental was very tasteful. There was some cleaning issues but this would be the cleaner/not owner. The owner left their vehicle in the designated parking spot so you always had to find an available guest spot-not good if a person is mobility challenged. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo should have been fumigated before we arrived as we did see quite a few Florida bugs.
