Comfy Bungalow Minutes from the Beach & Downtown!

Although the house from the outside does not look great, everything inside is very nice. Both bedrooms offer much space, the beds are very comfortable, Living room is very nice. The kitchen has a lot of space, nice appliances and all you need to cook small meals. The outside area is also nice as it offers shade with the tree. TVs offer great entertainment and you can connect your mobile devices to it to watch photos or videos.

Pros: 1. The owner is absolutely fantastic. He called me to help with a couple questions when we checked in and we talked for about 10 minutes and he gave us an extensive list of suggested places, sights, restaurants, etc. He was super helpful and quick responses. 2. The property is adorable with a great outdoor space that feels pretty private although you are surrounded by other houses. 3. The garage has bikes, coolers, and other amenities that made our stay fun and enjoyable. 4. Space was relatively clean with the exception of the ceiling fans and under the beds. Nothing a deep cleaning wouldn't take care of. Cons: 1. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. The property sits right on a main side street and you can hear every vehicle that goes by. 2. When we arrived, the code I was given didn't work. I messaged the owner and as we were waiting the reply we walked around to the back of the property and discovered the back door and the garage door had been left open. Please note: this is absolutely not the owners fault, I believe his cleaning person had been in a rush. In my opinion, that isn't an excuse when safety is jeopardized. After making sure the property was safe, the code was corrected and the rest of our stay was amazing besides interrupted sleep. Overall, if you don't care about road noise this is a great property for the price. The highlight: beach is a 12 minute drive and downtown St. Pete is less than that!

The stay at the property was overall good. Nice furniture, beds, well stocked kitchen, etc. However, the cleanliness could be improved. There was a 1/2 inch of dust on the bedroom ceiling fans. I cleaned one of them because it was right over the bed. The bathroom had a few hairs in the tub as well. We enjoyed the convenience of the washer and dryer so we didn't have too much laundry to do after coming home.
