The apartment is accessible only by an outdoor staircase. Unit includes the use of a private, heated pool and full bathroom adjacent ot the pool in poolhouse (only one bathroom is inside the unit -- the other is in the poolhouse). Board games and outdoor games are available and there is an outdoor grill on the property. Private and comfortable in a quiet residential area but centrally located close to St Pete beaches and downtown. Treasure Island beaches are less than 15 minutes by car; Madeira Beach is less than 10 minutes by car. Close connection to the Pinellas Trail offering more than 30 miles of dedicated bike/running/walking paths. Other parks nearby. Steps to the intercoastal waterway and several marinas. 20 minutes drive to downtown St Petersburg and the St Pete Pier. 30 minutes to Tampa or Clearwater. Most Tampa Bay Area sites are within a 30-45 minute drive. This apartment is intended as a monthly or seasonal vacation rental. Master has a king bed and a Chair/ottoman that pulls out to a twin bed. There is an automatic blow-up Queen size King Coil bed. I used it for weeks when I moved in, it is comfortable. The house is central air/heat, and the back bedroom has its own A/C unit for individual preference! The kitchen contains the utensil's you need for cooking or baking. I share the little extras you need to make that happen. Plasticware for children. A step stool for the bathroom sink. A small grill in the back yard, waiting for hotdogs and steaks. I'm a native Floridian so I tried to think of everything for a beach house. There are beach chairs, towels, cooler and other goodies. Our home is clean, bright and comfortable. We have hosted many families, many attending nearby campuses. The ground floor end unit is about 10 steps from our assigned parking spot to the front door. We use a keyless system and will send door code close to visit. The primary bedroom is very large with walk-in tile shower, king size cozy bed with nice bedding. and black out shades. The guest room has two twin beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. The guest room also has blackout blinds. I love to cook and eat healthy, so the kitchen is well stocked. with ample dishes, glasses, pans, pots, cookie sheets, everything. The kitchen also has paper products, coffee, sugar, flour, oil and spices. The living area is large with very comfortable couch, love seat and a 2 comfortable modern chairs. The screen porch is my favorite place to have coffee, or watch the sunset in the evening. Both bedrooms have TV's, ceiling fans and blackout shades. I also use green cleaning products in the home and NO AIR FRESHENERS or strong scented laundry items. We don't have to coverup anything and prefer not to be exposed to toxic chemicals. brThe condo is located close to downtown, the Pier, Central Avenue, the beach, The Don Cesear, Pass-a-grille, and Fort DeSoto State park. The Broadwater neighborhood it's a beautiful area to walk or bike through. The pool area has lounge chairs and a gas grill there is also a community room. Just hang out and let the kids swim while you lounge or grill out. We supply beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels too. Within walking distance: Publix, Walmart, IHOP, Berlin Doener, Italian also there is a nice restaurants at the marina, with a fun outside tiki bar overlooking marina. A secret gem is Clam Bayou a nature preserve 1 mile away it has a beautiful walking paths it's a wonderful place to watch a sunset over Boca Ciega Bay. There is also a kayak launch and fishing pier in Clam Boyou The beaches including the pink elephant or Don Ceasar is 1.5 miles away, over the bridge, or go to pass-a-grill beach or Treasure Island you pick.
