Loved this townhome as well as the resort. We were a little disappointed that the bar and restaurant closed so early - 10 pm. But overall our experience was great. The other side of the river is the state park, and wildlife abounds: alligators, manatees, turtles, deer, hogs, hawks and pileated woodpeckers are common sights. Kayaking right from the house is super easy and beautiful. The house itself is very comfortable with two queen bedrooms and a pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The big screened porch is the best space to hang out. Outside there's a fire pit, hammock and swing. You feel far from everything, but it's only a ten minute drive to the commercial strip and the highway. This is a fantastic place for a romantic getaway or a fun family get-together. It's a natural wonder!

Central Florida Vacation Stilt Home with pool!

Your family will be close to most everything FL has to offer when you stay at this centrally-located home. I am within an hour drive of all theme parks, major beaches, sports stadiums and concert venues. Located in the center of town close to grocery stores, fast food locations and all of the local restaurants as well! Most importantly, to me anyway, minutes from several boat ramps that lead into beautiful Tampa Bay and little Manatee River which are great for boating leisure, sport and fishing. brThe unique 1300 sqft stilt home sits on an acre of fenced land with few adjoining neighbors but close to nice housing developments that are great for walking. the front porch wraps around the house and has a swing that looks over a huge front yard. there's another swing and seating area with fire table downstairs under the house. The backyard has a large pole fort for the kids with a slide and fireman pole. The large saltwater 25'x12' in ground pool is 4.5' deep and has a big paver deck connecting it to the house below. There are security cameras under the house, on the driveway, pool and doorbell. There are no cameras inside the house.

For longer stays or if you just like to cook it comes with a kitchenette including Microwave, in counter hotplate, dishwasher, sink, filter coffee maker and full ize fridge along with pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware and dishes. This wonderful studio condo comes with 2 luxurious Queen beds in beautiful island decor. Walk in shower. Everything you could ask for in the perfect beach vacation rental! Community heated pool with hottub! basketball courts, playground! Patio for 2 with lush tropical landscape! Two restaurants an easy walk away and even a tiki bar and live music every night! JUST Get away and RELAX!brbrNon smoking or vaping studio with a combination door lock, you are able to access all of the resort amenities with a magnetic key fob we provide for the pools and lobby/gym. The pool and hot tub require the magnetic pool fob to open and have childproof locks on the gates, just reach over the top of the gate and pull up on the knob to unlock the gate, basketball court open to all, tennis and pickle ball courts (please bring your own equipment for these), there are also cornhole and shuffle board courts (the equipment for these can be signed out on the honor system in the lobby, cameras do record the lobby) the lobby also has a workout area available to owners and guests, plus feel free to walk the boardwalk, pier, restaurants, beach all steps away from the condo. As you will see we offer many luxuries that the other townhomes do not. This townhome features upgraded furnishings, 4 terraces (2 overlook the serene mangroves with no obstruction) the other 2 overlook the property and you can see downtown St. Petersburg with the view of Tampa bay. There are many other amenities; 3 TVs, cable, internet, Roku, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, kayaks. The master bedroom features a queen bed with en-suite bath and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed with en-suite bath. The sofa downstairs features a queen size sleeper. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need, blender, juicer, keurig, all stainless steel appliances. brbrThe townhome is in the Resort & Club at Little Harbor which is on Tampa Bay between Tampa and Sarasota. The beach is just a few steps away from our home. On the beachfront you can enjoy full service dining all day, the tiki bar with live entertainment, and the beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. The community offers a private beach, heated pools, outdoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, basketball, volleyball, playground, jet ski rentals, boating, 2 marinas with slips and a fishing pier. When you rent our condo you will have all of this included, we pay the extra fee each month so you can have access to the hotel pool with gym etc.
