The entire unit was clean and up to date. I liked that there was a mini fridge in the main bedroom. Also loved the 2 back balconies. The complex was also very nice. Would definitely stay there again. I wish there were things to do in the condo, like games or puzzles. There were too many remotes from the TV in the living room, and the TV/remote in the main bedroom was confusing.

Owner was nice and quick to communicate. Clean property and great amenities, though I wish we had been able to explore all of them. The pools were nice, but the beach was closed and seems to typically be closed during the summer. Nature preserve is nearby for longer walks. Also, remember to bring shampoo and soap. We got there and took it for granted there would be some, so we had to make a run to the market

Property had several amenities for the family to enjoy and the time frame we visited it was not busy.

We had an amazing time at this property. It is beautiful there. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Owner has thought of just about everything at the property including beach gear, beach tent, coolers, toys, bug spray, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, and there was condiments in the refrigerator and some snacks in the cabinet. The balconies were beautiful and there was enough space for everyone to have a space of their own. There are two chairs that rock on one of the balconies if you enjoy that like me. It is in a remote area so we had to drive about 9 miles to get to things like a grocery store but the drive there and to other things such as Tampa, Clearwater and St Pete was a nice and easy drive. We also enjoyed both pools, one has a deep end of 8ft which we really enjoyed. We didn't see any dolphins or manatees from out canal view but saw some manatees by Hooks restaurant on the property. I even got a close up video of one right under me along the sea wall. We didn't see any dolphins, I was told by residents they ride the tide in the early morning which we weren't up for. Mosquitos are pretty bad in this area at times but if you cover up and use spray it's doable. And its Florida so it's to be expected. If you rent this unit you won't be disappointed. It even had a later check out time than most I have been in which was very nice. It also didn't have all the strict cleaning requirements like other properties I have stayed at has, the only one was to take out the trash.

Great end to our Florida vacation! Enjoyed the short walk to the brach and Tiki bar.

We stayed in Ruskin for 7 days. 2 couples. The property was very clean and a really good size. The multiple outdoor patios was awesome because you could pick which one to sit on depending on the weather. The kitchen had everything you need except a kettle. The coffee pot is only a 5 cupper so had to make multiple pots. There is an option to use a Keurig. The pool was very clean and warm. You need to go early to get a lounger. There are lots of stairs so do not recommend for ppl with mobility issues. The beds were very comfortable. The second bedroom was a bit small and there is no closet because the owner has it locked up. My recommendation would be for the owners to use one of the 2 closets in the master bedroom to allow a closet for the second bedroom. The beds in the second bedroom were comfortable as well (stated the other couple) I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was good. The only issue was the picture on the ad for the unit shows a nice white sandy beach that was very misleading, the small stretch of beach several blocks away from the unit.The unit faces the canal where the boats dock and leave from. That was a nice stretch of water that was interesting to watch.

This place was great for our family of 5. Master bedroom was great with the balcony for coffee in the morning and relaxing at night. Kids had ample room in the bedroom and the bathroom connected was great!

Rental is close to many of the attractions. Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Some cleaning details missed, master bathroom and shower, master ceiling fan, cabinets in kitchen. Otherwise, comfy beds and nice layout for our family to spread out and have privacy.

The 3 story condo was very clean. The host provided lots of kitchen extras, including spices and condiments. The place was spotless even after Hurrican Helene. The HOA got the pools cleaned, were dilligently cleaning up debre & the 2 local restaurants were as open as they could be, dealing from the last hurrican and prepping for the next. Would happily stay there again.
