Beautiful New Luxury Townhome with Private Beach and Swimming Pools

The house was very well stocked and maintained. The master bedroom was very large. There were a lot of baby things, which we really appreciated, including pack and play, high chair, and bath tub. It’s not super clear from the pictures but there are 4 large balconies in total, each with chairs, for admiring the views! The community is nice and walkable. The nearby beach was very clean and spacious. It was cold but the water was calm and clear. The host and property manager were easy to reach and answered questions quickly. We really enjoyed our stay!

What a amazing place to stay it with my brothers the beach and restaurant was amazing the whole atmosphere surrounding the townhouse was incredible and the views were amazing 10/10 recommend this place on top of everything the owners made sure we had everything needed to have a great week here such good communication and cleanliness of the whole place . WHAT A GREAT TIME !!!!!

From the private beach to seeing Dolphins in the Bay, our stay was completely magical. The condo was beautiful, and very clean with lots of little things that made it a perfect home away from home. It was close to everything but tucked away in a private corner of the world. Well worth the price and we would definitely return and recommend this luxury to anyone looking for an escape.

Title of property on VRBO includes the words new and luxury. I wouldn't include either. This property is not new by any stretch. And luxury, not so much. It is, however, a nice place to stay. There are alot of stairs, so not for those who don't do well with stairs. Great restaurants nearby! Great private beach as well.

The property is clean, safe and comfortable. You can enjoy the pools, beach and pickleball/tennis courts. There is also the marina with some water tours available. All amenities are within walking distance, however if you need to drive you should know they charge to park at the parking lots, even if your just going to play pickleball or tennis for an hour.

All of this property was great. Had a pool nearby. Had a great beach. Restaurants up the street were great. Great unknown area.

It was a amazing place. Family loved seeing the manatees in the canal off the back balconies. The place was clean. The private beach wasnt ever to crowded. Restaurants was great

Everything was great and as described. Cool house in a quiet area. Great location about 45 minutes from downtown Tampa Bay. There is a lot to do in the area.

Great stay for the most part. The property was a bit farther away from the amenities than I had hoped. The information about how to access the amenities and where to park wasn’t communicated until the morning after check-in.

The Ruskin property was everything it said it would be and more! From beginning to end the process was flawless. The property and amenities were fantastic. Mary was responsive to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)

It was one of the cleanest and well decorated places. Only thing that it needed was air conditioning wasnt cold and if summer was hete it would be hot and only aloud to turn down to 74. Had one fan to help but one blade was missing and to much vibration to use. I let the host know so I'm

We love the property. The place was very nice. The beach was closed due to the hurricanes. The condo was worth the money, but it is pretty much outdated. But it was Clean. The owner was extremely communicative. Property manager

The townhome was very nice and it was clean. It was very quiet couldn’t hear any sounds from townhomes adjacent to us. The pools were great and the restaurants on the complex were nice to get a quick bite and refreshments. Mary the property owner was very responsive along with Rufina our contact while we stay there was also very responsive.

We enjoyed the resort and the townhome. The neighborhood is great for walking as is the beach area. We had good meals at Sunset Grille and the nightly music in the Tiki Hut is fun. There are multiple recreational activities available on the property and the drive to St. Pete or the gulf beaches is very easy. Overall, we had a very good experience and would consider staying here again.

The home was nicely appointed and perfect for our stay. Since both bedrooms are en suites, getting ready on the mornings was a breeze. The location is beautiful and quiet. While enjoying some sun on the balcony, we watched a dolphin swim down the channel to the bay. The community is nice and it’s only a short walk to the beach and Sunset, the beach-side restaurant and bar. It had great food and drinks. We enjoyed our time there and would love to say there again if we travel to the area in the future.
