Stayed Jul 19, 2022Good property, great location. Only downside was that the dishwasher doesn't wash (dirty and doesn't clean what's in it), rest of it was very good.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Unparalleled view, spacious, tastefully decorated & (most importantly) very clean. Several other condos have restricted AC (can’t go below 73) but this one does not. The bathtubs are deep & brand new. The exterior needs TLC & the interior paint is worn but you will not regret staying here. You will want to move here.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025Checkin process was very easy and very detailed instructions were provided regarding the property and resort amenities. Property itself is perfect for a stay in the Tampa / St Pete area. Very clean and everything available for a short or extended stay. Lots of room and great storage/closet space to let your family spread out. Be sure to check out the Sunset Bar and Grill on the resort property!

Stayed Jul 21, 2025The key pad entry is nice more room then we needed. Wish the place had it own grill and some amenities coffee ect . The check out time is kinda early for me .

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Everything was as advertised. Had a stopped bathroom sink that was taken care of within a day. Place was clean and right on canal. Tried calling management a couple of times only to get voicemail and no return call but did receive text replies pretty quickly. Had some issues with trying to get into Netflix upstairs, only downstairs was available and never did get a response if it was included or not. Nice amenities, including restaurant. Great for family.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025This property was decorated beautifully with many models of tall ships displayed. The furniture was comfortable and clean. However, there were no blinds or curtains on the front door which was a privacy issue for my family. The walkout going to the main balcony was almost impossible to open. The screen was installed backwards. There were many broken vertical blinds that were broken on that walkout, as well as the other walkouts to the other balconies. The shower door in the master bath would not close due to a bent piano hinge, resulting in water on the floor while showering. The dishwasher soap dispenser was broken. There was mold on the plastic shower curtain in the lower-level bathroom. The bathmats were either stained or dirty. Maintenace did come out and measured the walkout and inspected my other complaints. He said he would come back but we never saw him again. The location of this property was excellent. We really loved how it was decorated with quality furniture. But it needs some work. I hope the owners move forward with repairs. All that being said, we still loved it and would stay there again!!!

Stayed Dec 28, 2024We had a nice time at the Ruskin location. It was nice to walk each day in a controlled environment. The kids liked the small gym and basketball court. The condo was nice.

Stayed Nov 4, 2024The place was beautiful and it was everything i expected and more. The only thing i would add is beach chairs and a cooler . We didn't want ro buy thiluke that we can't take home on a plane. Better dishes like a regular size bowls, taller glasses besides wine and short one. Better cook ware to. Highly recommend.
