We are on the outside edge. We like guests to be aware in advance that this property is budget friendly and located in a blue collar neighborhood that reflects its price point. It is; however, no less cozy and comfortable. There is a covered carport for one vehicle and plenty of room to park a couple more cars. Our back yard abuts a middle school - no rear neighbors enhances the feeling of privacy, safety, and security.brbrOn site laundry is available for guests. The laundry room is located right outside the kitchen door.brbrWe just have one closet we use for supplies which is padlocked.
