This is a 2017 mobile home nicely furnished with new furniture. Each bedroom has a TV with cable and comfortable and bedding. The master has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The beach is just a 3 miles away while the Navel museum is 10 minutes away. Grocery stores are just a few minutes away. Its also located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. ABSOLUT

Stayed Sep 1, 2019The mobile home was very roomy and comfortable. It was fully furnished including kitchen accessories. The neighbors were quiet. The TV service was very good. The shower was huge. The bed itself was comfortable. Check in and check out was quick and painless.The owners were very pleasant. I noticed a few issues with the property and informed the owners so that they could address those issues before the next tenant arrived. The issues I found were not deal breakers, and would not prevent me from renting the mobile home again if the need arises.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Great place to stay. Close to Johnson Beach and plenty of other local adventures. Did not have any contact with people maintaining property and the ice maker was not working. Overall amazing place to stay. Plenty of towels and amenities. Comfortable beds and lots of space.

Stayed Mar 9, 2023My husband, myself and our three kids (6, 6 & 9) stayed here Thursday- Sunday for a long wedding weekend. The wedding was at Perdido Beach Resort which was only about a 15 minute drive. Loved the location. Nice neighborhood. Spoke to the neighbors a few times just walking to our car. All were super nice and asked how our stay was. Walmart, Publix and several restaurants all within 5 miles of the house. The house was VERY clean and looks exactly like photos. We had one incident at the house (no fault of the owners!) but it was addressed immediately. The owners were easy to reach and very nice. We will definitely rent this home again and have already recommended it to our family and friends!

Stayed May 22, 2022Spent six nights with my 85 year old mom, my husband, and adult son. The house was clean with a nice decor. The location was on a quiet dead-end street, with little traffic, with nice neighbors. It's close to the beach and Big Lagoon State Park. It's conveniently located to restaurants, and shopping. as well. The cleaning lady Dona was awesome! If we're ever planning another trip to Perdido Key. we'd stay here again.

Stayed May 12, 2022Very nice welcoming property in a quiet neighborhood convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Short drive to the beach. House was nicely remodeled, very clean, and had the conveniences of home. My husband and I even enjoyed sitting outside and watching the birds just as we do at home, check in and out was a breeze. We would stay there again.
