Our two bedrooms each have firm and comfy new Ashley memory foam mattresses with cotton sheets. A queen air mattress is available to accommodate a 5th guest (this would need to be set up in the living room).
Our home is 850 sf and has a smaller kitchen and bath. The furnishings were purchased to fit the rooms perfectly and enhance the livability of our cozy cottage.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025This property worked well for us when visiting family that had just moved to Pensacola. The house is clean and was well stocked with kitchen essentials. We would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024Property was as described and what we needed for our short get away. We had a slight booking error but all was rectified in a timely manner. Communication was always quick. Clean and convenient location to both Pensacola Beach and NAS.
