I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in & out was seamless.We were in Pensacola for a week of fishing. It was cold and rainy and the wind was fierce so a lot of fishing was not to be done. We had a lot of fun and found Olde East Hill Grille and Maria's Seafood Market. They're in the same building and very close to where we stayed. The host is awesome. We had a situation and needed to stay an additional night. She was able to set us up and we were able to stay in the same house.

Stayed Dec 30, 2025It served its purpose for a place to stay but not cozy. Older home that needs more renovation in our opinion to be a vacation rental. Location is great, close to everything downtown.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025Very convenient location, short drive to beaches or NAS Pensacola. Nice view from side deck. Parking is not the best, difficult entry/exit.

Stayed Oct 27, 2025Incredibly friendly hosts with great communication. If you have any questions or concerns, they go above and beyond to satisfy. The accessibility is fantastic too. Lyfts to the airport or downtown are about 8 a ride at most. The place is quaint and grows on you very quickly very excited to come back.

It was so charming and it was the perfect amount of tranquility and peace that I needed. My favorite spot was the giant beanbag chair! Perfect for reading and relaxing. There were several delicious places to eat nearby and it was less than 15mins to Pensacola Beach. My critiques: 1) only whole coffee beans were provided but no coffee grinder. 2) there needs to be a chair on the side porch so you can sit and enjoy the view of the bayou
