The Gulf front Master and guest room both open up to the back upper deck & the other 2 guest rooms each have Sound view balconies. Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins & a set of Bunk Beds (full bottom/twin top) in 3rd Floor Bedroom /Loft. Our gourmet kitchen, updated in 2021 w/ white a quartz counter level island, has both Sound and Gulf views. Kitchen is set up for those who love to cook and entertain. It is fully equipped with stainless appliances, which include 2 Samsung Bespoke French-Door refrigerators-each w/ icemaker (2023), 2 KitchenAid dishwashers (2022), 5 burner KitchenAid gas stove, oven, microwave and a pantry. The counter height kitchen island seats 5 and is open to the dining/living area.
