Once we arrived, we were more than happy. (Recommend adding floor plan to pictures)✅ Highly recommend this property for large groups or multi-family vacations.

The kids killed about 1-2 per night. Turn the lights on downstairs and they ran everywhere. Glad the boys stayed downstairs if not it would have been an issue.

Reviewer Comments: Great location,lots of room, only issue is the noise factor in the living area due to high ceilings, could use maybe a rug or two to absorb the echo sounds and not the house issue but the walkway to the beach is all sand and was a hard walk back and forth, wish it had matting like some other walkways, otherwise great house.

The pool area was fantastic. Perfect kitchen/family room area for all of us to relax when we wanted to be inside. This is our 8th trip to Pensacola Beach and definitely one of our favorite outdoor areas. Year after year we continue to have a great experience with the homes we rent from Paradise Beach Homes.

The only recommendations I would have would be to better soundproof the rooms because the noise does carry due to the open floorplan. We also had some issues with burrs getting in feet and on clothing near one edge of the pool gate. It would also be nice to have a gate on the steps at the front of the house to keep pets in. We still loved our week and the gorgeous home and will be back!

The house and pool were perfect!The beach was beautiful, short walk away, and we did not have to get up early to get a spot on the beach. Paradise Beach Homes provided everything we needed for our family vacation.

The wraparound porch is awesome for having a cup of coffee and breakfast outside. The master bedroom is beautiful and all the bathrooms are nice!

The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy too cook large meals.The location was perfect - directly across from the trail to the beach but also close to restaurants and activities.There are numerous outdoor tables, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs located on the large wrap around deck for sipping morning coffee or evening wine.Home was clean and beautifully renovated. Highly recommend.
