Everyone enjoyed the stay. It is in a great location, with plenty of room for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked and management and the host were responsive with any issues or questions. Everyone enjoyed the game room and upper deck for sunsets. The outdoor shower with hot water was a treat after going to the beach. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. We also loved the Christmas tree for the holidays!

There were plenty of games to play, puzzles to complete, and room to spread out. This is a three story split level with many stairs. We had no problem, but someone in your party does, please look elsewhere.

Just a short walk to the Gulf, with an amazing rooftop deck perfect for watching the Blue Angels buzz the beach or stargazing at night. The pool and yard are fantastic, and we love the recent updates since our last visit. We highly recommend this home and will gladly stay here again.

The only thing that was frustrating, was learning how to turn on the ceiling fans in the game room. There needs to be a sign explaining and pointing to those buttons. We thought they were remote controlled, and that the remotes were missing. We would’ve used the game room a lot more. Had we had the fans running to keep it cool. We definitely would be interested in this house again.

House was absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. We would definitely stay there again!

Having a comfortable home to share with our family of 6 adults and 3 children (ages 5 months-60’s) is important to us. There was plenty of room, especially in the family room/kitchen area for all of us to be together. More space than the photos show. The pool and yard were perfect and the grass areas allowed us to play games without having to be on the sand. The outdoor shower was a nice bonus, and although we didn’t use th game room, it was also an added bonus if we needed it. The garage space was nice to have and is equipped with many beach toys and equipment. (We left some for others to use too!) As others mentioned, LOTS of stairs in this house, so if they give you a problem, it may not be the home for you.The rooftop was the perfect place for early morning sunrises and such a peaceful setting. Couple things we’d like to see changed...1 other than wine glasses, there were no plastic glasses or cups to use poolside. The wine glasses were tippy and not great around the pool. More acrylic plates, cups, etc should be available. 2.the washer and dryer in the primary bedroom closet is not ideal. Very small amount of space to hang things and difficult to use the machines if you did hang in the one spot that worked. Other than those minor things, we would love to come back and enjoy this great home again next year!

We loved the house , large pool and fenced yard and the short walk to the beautiful beach ! The house was perfect for the 10 of us. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living area but then everyone had their own space with the large comfy bedrooms . It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. We would absolutely come back again!

The rental agency was good to work with. On the flip side, the Master Bedroom closet was taken up by a washer/dryer - Could not hang closes. There was no ice making machine and the fridge put out virtually no ice cubes. The 28 steps to the kitchen/main living area gave us much exercise.

Great layout for multiple families. Good proximity to the beach. Pool was awesome!! Spent lots of late afternoons there after the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The whole family had a great stay in this house! It was a good location, well stocked for large groups and very clean on arrival. We enjoyed the game room on our rainy day and drinks rooftop on the pleasant evenings. Everyone slept comfortably at night. We had one maintenance call and they responded immediately and made the repair. We try to rent a spot once a year for all to gather and we would rent this home again!
