There were plenty of room and bathrooms to accommodate everyone and the location was so good! The house was very clean and well maintained. We had one toilet that ran a bit and one shower drain that was slow, but we called the rental office and a kind gentleman came out the next morning and took care of those things very quickly. We were very close to all the shops and restaurants on Pensacola Beach yet we were in a quiet and secluded area. The small pool on the deck was a huge hit with the little kids and the deck was a great hangout location for the whole family in the evenings. The house didn't come with any pool/beach towels or beach chairs, but we knew that going in. That would have been very helpful for us but thankfully we had local family who brought us towels and chairs.

Only issues we had were that some of the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the upstairs dryer had to be ran several times to dry one load, and an upstairs tub was very very slow to drain leading to standing in a pool of water while showering which can be kinda gross as sand rinsed off you. As a result that tub couldn’t be used as a bath tub for a kid because the tub was not clean. The bed issue was enough that we would not choose this house for our next stay, everything else we could look past.

Any issues are always corrected immediately. The house is spacious and a great venue to house a large family. My brother and I rent the house as accommodation for both of our families (four adult children with their spouses and four grandchildren). We have plenty of room and enjoy great times at the beach, game times in the evenings.

We noticed that the rooms had been painted and the living area furniture had been replaced. Both were great improvements. Overall we were happy with the accommodations, in fact, we plan to stay again next year. On the other side, we found several maintenance issues that were more inconvenience than immediate problems. Issues like: one refrigerator wouldn't make ice or dispense cold water, cabinet doors missing screws, and soft spots on the deck. The single biggest issue - unclean dishes in the cabinets. It was pretty gross. Some were extremely dirty with dried and greasy food. We had to wash all the dishes we used when we arrived. The policy of washing and putting away dishes should be revisited as I believe this encourages bad behavior, particularly for people trying to leave early. My recommendation would be to ask renters to run the dishwasher as they leave and let the cleaning crew return the clean dishes to the cabinets.Overall, I highly recommend this property.
