The cottage is two stories above pilings with an enclosed garage below. brbrThe first floor is a spacious living room with an adjoining dining area and convenient kitchen. The master bedroom and bath is tucked away on the first floor. Take the spiral staircase up to the wrought iron railed cat walk where two additional bedrooms arebrlocated. The bedrooms upstairs have a bathroom in between them. Both bathrooms have large, tiled walk-in showers. One full-sized air mattress is also available. All counter tops (kitchen & bath) are granite. brbrThe upstairs bedrooms have large balconies and the master bedroom steps out onto the main deck that surrounds the house. The large back deck(40'x20')has a seating area.
