Tranquility Huge Pool, Game Room, Sleeps 32, Pet-Friendly, Steps to Beach!

Ample room, heated pools and lots of amenities.

Beautiful home. Loved the pool. Did have to heat it. Kitchen did not have any bowls to make a large salad or mix up batter for pancakes. Beds were not as stated two rooms had double beds. Management responded quickly with questions. Very large accommodating home. If you do not have access to elevator you have to walk up stairs outside. Not fun if raining. Lots of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas,wagons etc.. loved the bikes too! Overall very nice!

This property is great for family/group gatherings. The decor is beautiful and peaceful. While not on the beach it is just 3 blocks away. Kitchen is well stocked, as is the pool and beach items. The two bedroom suites are less spacious than the photos make them appear so it would have been crowded if we had the 20 people it says it sleeps. The trundle in one of the suites pulls out into the hall/passage used by those in the bedroom so we choose not to use that for obvious safety/egress issues. We had from 3 yr old to 70. So you may get more in there comfortably if you don’t have such a wide range of ages. The roof patio is a wonderful place to watch the sun rise or set. The elevator was helpful for getting supplies upstairs but since we had so many kids, we opted to keep it off limits to them unless an adult was with them for safety. We did have some issues with the property’s HVAC and appliances that required a handyman and a repairman to come by but they were pleasant to deal with and addressed the issues as best they could with such a house full. Some of the issues will require more intense work later so I would wait til spring 2025 before booking this property as that will give them the time they need to better address the problems we encountered. But if you have a large group, this place has plenty of space for you w/3 separate decks with plenty of seating. It’s close to restaurants (2 mi), grocery store (3 mi), Walmart (3.5, just past Publix) & dog beach(2mi).

This house is ideal for a large group and the location can’t be beat. It’s a 4 minute walk to the beach and sits in an area that really isn’t very crowded (even though the hustle and bustle of Pensacola Beach tourist attractions is just down the road). We were in the area with a mixed group of adults and teens serving on a mission trip with a local church. If you need a house to be able to divide teen guys and girls, this is it! The top floor has its own separate entrance but also is accessible via the elevator. The management was so timely in getting back to us and they were always super helpful. We would absolutely come back and will recommend for any large groups we know going to the area.

We were in Pensacola for my Dad’s funeral and needed a home that would work for our large family. It was perfect. Enough space for us each to have privacy but also be together. The beach is an easy walk and we also got in the pool each day. The balcony furniture was also perfect.

The place was beautiful! The 3-level elevator was probably the most fun surprise the kids discovered about the place! We booked for our bridal party, family, and friends for our wedding week, and they all had an amazing time! The only complaints shared after our stay involved the private pool and beds. Since it was the beginning of December, some were hoping to enjoy the heated pool, but the settings wouldn’t adjust past 60 degrees. And other than the master bedroom, some people said they had a hard time resting since the beds weren’t the most comfortable. But overall, the property was the perfect vacation spot, with plenty of space to accommodate for our large family gathering. Would love to try booking again maybe during the warmer Pensacola seasons!!

Our second time at this property. We love it! Almost tempted to give a bad review so it won’t get all booked ?. Family of 18. Plenty of room! Do wish there were larger skillets though!

For a family of 12 with ages ranging from 1 1/2 to 50 this was the perfect house! We had so much room to be spread out. The house is spacious and the common areas were perfect size for everyone to gather for meals and for fun. The pool was enjoyed by all along with the short walk to the beach. We will definitely be looking to return when everyone's schedules permit. Thank you!

This beach house is one of the best stays I’ve found. Lots of room for people to sleep. The third floor is unique and privately tucked away. Great outdoor space on every level! Love that it has an elevator. Lots of parking inside the garage and in the driveway. Perfect location! The property management staff were quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with.
