Waterfront Home -Heated Pool, Close to Restaurants and Gulf

The house and location were beautiful and perfect for our needs. We loved the 6 independent en suite bedroom setup, with separation from each so no shared bedroom walls, giving all of our couples privacy and convenience. The open plan living room and kitchen allowed for a great space to gather each day for dining and conversation. At least one extra water heater meant there was enough heat and pressure to run all the showers. The laundry room was large, the furniture was appealing, and everything was clean and modern. Checking in and out was a breeze.

The house was perfect for our family of 13. Every room was perfect! We had plenty of room for family meals and games!

The house was clean and spacious! We certainly enjoyed such a big home for all our family members to stay in one house! The view was beautiful and sitting on the deck was very relaxing!

The host is awesome and was super accommodating. The house is fantastic. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you for everything!

Amazing property in afantastic location

This was our second stay in this house and it was a great as the first. It had enough space for our multi-generational family vacation and all the features we wanted with our stay (dock, pool, soundfront, easy to access). Any small issues were quickly resolved and check in/out was no problem. The only recommendations we have for improvements would be a second full-size fridge (a must with so many people to feed) as well as a towel/linen upgrade. Otherwise, zero complaints. Thanks for a great vacay!

The location, pier and balconies were all we hoped for while celebrating with our family.

6 couples all retired Navy pilots & wives. Had a great time & house had everything we needed & so relaxing.

Wonderful home for three generations of our family. Bedrooms and private baths for everyone. Perfect location. Pool was marvelous. The water around the pier was filled with life which provided endless entertainment for the little ones. We immediately started discussing coming back at the same time next year.

Great place to stay. Bring more paper products.

We love this property. My husband, sons and grandsons live fishing off the pier and the pool is perfect for relaxing. We’ve rented this property twice and have already reserved it for a 3rd stay.

The house was beautiful and location was perfect. Close to everything. The kids loved it all, the pool, the beach, the pier. The only issue we had during our stay was a broken water main right before our last day. The water was cut off which made it inconvenient with kids.

Stayed for a weekend and it housed our group perfectly. Home was well appointed and updated. Location was perfect. We walked for most things all weekend. Will stay here again

Beautiful house and location! Perfect accommodations for the 8 adults and 4 grandchildren in our family. The view of the sound from the back of the house was beautiful. (We saw lots of dolphins!) We loved the nice pool area, and getting to the beach was super easy too. Shops and restaurants within walking distance was also a plus! There were a couple minor issues. The oven didn’t work exactly right, and the floors didn’t seem too clean when we arrived. However, this is a wonderful place, and we had a great vacation! We absolutely will consider staying here again!

We have stayed in this property several times. This is the first year we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. There were remnants of what appeared to be a bachelorette party scattered about, several dead roaches on the floor, dust on the walls, and dirt on the floor. A few bathrooms did not have washcloths, but they were very prompt to bring us some when we asked. They did communicate with us that someone would be on property to fix the fence. The mattresses are starting to show their age and are not comfortable. Overall, the house is very spacious with a great location. With a few minor adjustments and paying attention to detail it will return to the spectacular property we have enjoyed in years past.

The house and host were amazing! Richard went above and beyond and was available to answer all my questions at any time of the day. It looks exactly like the pictures listed and the views from the back porch were phenomenal. Definitely would book again!

The home was perfect for a big family. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The owner is very easy to work with and quickly responds to questions.

We all enjoyed the house with plenty of space for all of us. The grandchildren spent hours in the pool. The small beach and calm water of the bay were perfect for children and old people. We got to watch dolphins swimming past every day, and were even visited by a manatee one morning (several of us were in the water when he swam right up to us). We enjoyed being so close to Flounders and The Shrimp Basket. Good all-around experience.

Our recent family stay at Villa Primera was positive. We are a three generation family of 13 ages 71 to 2. We would stay here again. Plenty of room for all of us and a pier more than adequate to dock our two boats and wave runner. The guys enjoyed fishing from the pier. The lighted pool, with views of the Santa Rosa Sound, was a big hit with the grandchildren day and night. The house flows well and is clean. Not unusual for a rental…..the furniture is showing some wear/tear. With that said, you can see where some items have been replaced and it’s obvious the owner is involved in keeping the house well maintained. When we got settled Saturday evening we realized we were marginal on bath towels, I called the after hours number for Pensacola Vacation Rentals and told them we could get through the night and would need towels on Sunday. When we returned from Mass on Sunday a generous supply of towels was awaiting. I stayed out on the top deck most of the time and I really enjoyed the clear plexiglass balcony guard that allows unrestricted incredible water views…… Location is A plus. The older kids could walk to restaurants and to get ice cream. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Easy quick walk to the beach. With no problems we used the Walmart + for grocery delivery, ordered pizza one night from Dominos…..and used Uber one time……to repeat we would stay here again.
