House abuts the National Seashore. Open concept on 2nd level with natural light unfolds a gourmet kitchen with 10-ft center island, multiple ice makers, pantry, Thermador appliances including 6 burner gas cook top, double wall ovens and oversized refrigerator. Convenient to the kitchen is washer/dryer, and full Cabana bath with access from the deck. Expansive Deck off the Kitchen/Living room has multiple seating spaces and 2 Grills. The Living room has a wet bar for your evening beverages. Dining room will seat 10 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island. As you make your way from the Living Room you will find a powder room and a Kids hang out room. Across the hallway is the Home Theater complete with 4K projector, speakers and electronic theater chairs. The 3rd level has three King Gulf-front Guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Two of the bedrooms have their own private deck. The 4th, Soundside bedroom has a Queen bed and Full Bed, great for kids. It has a full bath and half bath. On the 4th level is a luxurious Gulf-front Master Suite complete with spacious bedroom, office/den, kitchenette, washer/dryer, spa like bath with dramatic soaking tub, and zero entry shower. The master bath connects to Gulf-front deck with outside shower. Also, on the 4th floor off the master bedroom is another bedroom with a Full bed. They share the master bathroom. All the bedrooms have TVs. Elevator to assist with all your luggage and groceries. Mini fridge and Wine fridge for additional beverages. Sonos speakers in main living areas. Washer/dryer on each level. The stairs from floor 1 to floor 2 has a door at the top of the stairs, as does the 4th floor at the top of the stairs.
