The area is connected to Pensacola Beach and all of it's amenities by Highway 399 (Gulf Blvd.). The two areas are separated by 7 miles of protected undisturbed raw beauty. It is an incredible drive, bike ride or place to just enjoy nature. You can also reach Navarre Beach, known as Florida's Best Kept Secret, via the Navarre Beach Causeway, a short drive over the bridge crossing the bay that separates the town of Navarre and Navarre Beach. brbrOur home on Navarre Beach Florida offers the very best of everything you desire. The privacy of this area allows you to truly enjoy the perfect white sands of Santa Rosa county in peace with everything you could desire within a few minute drive. The unit is 1632 s.f and features 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 3 full baths and a large tandem garage. brbrOne of our favorite things about our home is that all three levels of the unit are yours. In most all of the really large condo units you park in a parking lot, go through a lobby, climb up the stairs or take the elevator, go through the hall and then get to your unit--while carrying all of your stuff. Same thing when you are ready to go out to the beach. Haul all of your stuff through a crowded building while you are wearing your bathing suit, elevator, lobby, common deck area and then 10 minutes later you are on the sand. With Shellnell #9 you have the best of everything--Amazing views from the main (second) and top (third) floor balconies with steps that lead from the main balcony to the sand! When you arrive you pul into the garage inside the unit! When you are done playing you simply walk back to the unit, enjoy your outdoor shower and drop your stuff in the garage--all on ground level! We wanted a home, not an apartment. That's exactly what Shellnell No. 9 is--our home. Welcome to Navarre Beachview 212, where you're steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony overlooks the pool and tennis courts. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The condo is beautifully decorated with beach themes. There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals during your stay. There is plenty of seating at the dining table and kitchen bar area. Living room area is spacious with two sofas and a flat screen TV. One sofa is a sleeper sofa. Master bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen TV and a private full bathroom. Guest bedroom has two twins with flat screen TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall near the guest room. Condo does have WiFi access. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo. brbrBeachview Condominiums Rules & Regulationsbrbr1) PARKING: br• All vehicles must display a Parking pass in the front windshield. (available from your rental agency). br• Guests must park in spaces designated for their unit or spaces marked BV (overflow parking). br• One parking space per vehicle. Do not park over the walkway. br• Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.br• No RVs , boat trailers, utility trailers or trailers of any kind shall be parked anywhere on the Beachview property. brbr2) POOL: br• Hours are 8:00AM to 10:00PM. Everyone must follow posted pool rules.br• Absolutely NO GLASS or allowed in the pool area. br• There is NO lifeguard on duty SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. br• No food or drink within 4 ft. of the pool edge. br• Shower before entry. br• Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian. br• DO NOT hang on or attempt to unhook the pool rope (state law). br• DO NOT play or swing on the pool handrail or ladder; do not hang or drape items on the pool railing. br• Only water wings, 2 foot or smaller circular float, or noodles are allowed in the pool. No floats or boogie boards allowed.brbr3) BALCONIES & PATIOS: br• No items shall be hung or draped over balcony railings or makeshift clothes lines. br• Sweeping, shaking, throwing, or pouring any item from the balcony is prohibited. br• Overnight sleeping on balconies is prohibited.brbr4) COMMON AREAS (parking lot, tennis court, pool, walkways, hallways, & grass areas): br• NO loud play, shouting, roughhousing, or general nuisance activity is allowed in any of these areas. br• DO NOT store items in common areas, including under the stairs in the hallways or in the front yard.br• Bicycles must be stored in bike racks located at the SE & SW corner of the parking lot.brbr5) GRILLING: br• Common grilling stations are located on the property for use by all guests. br• Grilling on balconies or patios is allowed for electric grills ONLY (gas & charcoal grills are prohibited by state law). br• Any “flame emitting” grill must be used at least 10 ft. away from any structure.brbr6) PETS: br• All pets MUST be on a leash at all times when outside. br• The designated pet area is near the entry sign with a waste bag station available for use. br• Pet owners are responsible for the removal & disposal of all pet waste. br• Pets are NOT allowed on the tennis courts or in the pools area. Pets are NOT allowed on the beach (county law). br• A designated pet beach is approximately 7 miles west of here.brbr7) TRASH: br• All trash must be bagged & securely tied before being deposited into the dumpster. br• NO furniture, appliances, bedding, or any other construction debris shall be deposited into any dumpster by guests or owners (illegal dumping violators will be prosecuted).brbr8) NOISE: br• Quiet time is 10:00PM until 8:00AM. br• Loud, disturbing noises or activities will not be tolerated. br• Noncompliance will result in calls to local law enforcement officials & actions will be taken to remove the offending parties. br• Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office 850-983-1100brbr9) DISALLOWED ACTIVITY: br• Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, etc. are NOT allowed to be used anywhere on the property (including the parking lot). br• The tennis court is to be used for court activities only & children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.br
