There are very sensitive smoke and noise detectors in the home. The system will alert the host if smoke, excessive noise or tampering with the device occurs. Any violations of smoking/vaping are subject to immediate eviction. Tampering with the detector will result in a $300 fine and guest must allow host immediate access to reset the detectors. Any alerts of excessive noise will be reported immediately to the guest and if noise violations continue despite three warnings, then guest will be immediately evicted. brOur smart home technology will alert host if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
