Cottage B is one of five quaint rental opportunities on a magnificently rebuilt Old Naples Cottage Estate, built in c. 1910. We are two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Pier, and within walking distance of everything 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South have to offer.brbrCottage B has one king bedroom, a full kitchen, laundry, and a front room with a pull-out love seat, side tables, and a comfortable swivel chair. brbrThere is a front covered porch with three chairs around a metal table. The porch leads to a brick patio with three Adirondack chairs, side tables, and a large black-and-white umbrella. brbrWe provide beach chairs, umbrellas, insulated bags, and ice packs. brbrNote - br**Cottage A and B are attached under one roof line. The porches are adjacent, but not shared. In our pictures, you can see that Cottage A is on the right and Cottage B is on the left.brbr**Construction has been ongoing across the street from us for the past eight or so years. The building phase was most active in the last two seasons. I wondered, 'What do you do when living near a construction site ' The answer was to use noise machines and earplugs. I stocked them and lowered the nightly price. I use the Market Price Tool to set the nightly price.brbr**Guests, of course, would rather not have construction, but, saying that, we still have 5-star reviews, and reports say construction runs until 4/5 p.m. and does not occur on weekends. As I am not in control of the building schedule, I can only go on what the guests report in our feedback. brbr***The 2026 season looks like it will be trim on windows and doors, and the inside work. brbrAs we are so close to the beach, Old Naples, and the National Parks and Everglades, there is enough to do to avoid construction hours. brbrIf you are a late riser and do not want to wear earplugs, I suggest that you choose another spot. brbrCottage C is farther away - we also have 385 and 387, on 8th Ave, which you can find in my profile.brbrI have posted a picture taken in November 2025 of the construction site.brbrI have add a picture of the Boutique Hotel in November, 2025.
