This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.brbrPOOLbr⭐ There are multiple pools that as a guest you can use. The closest pool to the unit is located by the tennis courts at the Triangle. There will be a map in the property binder when you arrive. There is a heated pool near the tennis courts (HOA Boardwalk) that you can use. It is heated seasonally (typically between Oct-May). There are no lifeguards at the pool, and your use of the pool is at your own risk. We ask that you please follow all the rules posted in the pool area. Pool hours are 8:00 am -10:00 pm daily year-round.brbrSECURITYbr⭐ Seascape HOA contracts with a security service to provide security for the Resort grounds and amenities.brbrPETSbr⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.brbrBOOKINGbr⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.brbrCHECK-IN/CHECK OUTbr⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.brbrEARLY ARRIVALSbr⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isnt an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe s in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.brbrKITCHENbr⭐ The kitchen has a fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.brbrSMOKINGbr⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of a $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.brbrREFUNDSbr⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.brbrLastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
