Waterside Dreams with Private Beach and Next To World Famous Pompano Joe's

The beach access was great. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was also great to have grass to walk our pet.The parking was a challenge for SVUs and very narrow. The couch was extremely uncomfortable which made the living room a place that was not fully enjoyed.

Wonderful location on beach!

It was exactly as described. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The property manager was very easy to get in touch with and replied quickly. The only thing that wasn’t the best was the parking. Very crowded and small. Other than that, we had the best time!!

We loved the property itself. The lack of parking was a huge hassle and the size of the spots was a bother but we made it work with the people around us. The description of the rooms was spot on and the distance to the beach was amazing!!! We only had one problem with a bathroom fixture while we were there and the maintenance crew came and fixed it right away and they were very nice. The only thing we would’ve liked to have changed would’ve been the opportunity to upgrade our chairs and umbrella to a larger size and paid the difference, of course. Thank you for an amazing trip.

The home was beautiful and clean, and the property managers responded quickly when we requested an iron and blow dryer. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because one of the hammocks broke with my niece as she sat in it, and when we looked at the other hammocks they were on rusted chains and hooks. This could have been a really bad outcome if one of my elderly parents had been sitting in one of them. I did email the property companies and didn’t receive a response until we checked out.

The condo was fantastic! We met our son there and brought our two dogs along, and it was the perfect setup. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee bar—with K-cups ready to go—was a great touch for coffee lovers. Each floor had a deck with beautiful views of the gorgeous beach. We were only there for a short weekend, but we’ll definitely book a longer stay next time. The location is ideal—close to shopping, restaurants, and a wonderful walking path in both directions if you prefer that over the beach (though you should absolutely take a beach walk!). Highly recommend!

Check in was slow...at 4:20 I sternly told the cleaner to leave after asking twice,she had a young child with her. To properly clean a unit that large, I hope she had some help earlier in the day. The main living space sliding door is hard to open,if you look at it you can see that it is sitting crooked in the frame.To make matters worse, the exterior handle is installed upside down or backwards. If the door is shut,there is no space to insert fingers to open the door. There is a row of 2X6 's installed over the existing 2X6's? They are not fastened or installed correctly.This is on the main floor deck rail. Entering the deck from the beach, there is no walk off area, and the hose does not reach that area. So, you walk across the deck, spray off the sand, walk back through the sand towards the staircase,spreading sand through the house. We swept daily(after we bought a broom and dust pan, was none on site.) The bed linens were poor fitting, low quality. Bath towels were the same, all white, but different sizes, and some being well worn. Kitchens is nice, beverage center very helpful. The deck furniture is comfortable and nice quality. The grill works properly. The space itself is nice, the different levels provide some privacy from others in your group or family when needed. The area offers some privacy,but close to restaurants and shopping

Great location right on the beach. Very clean place. We enjoyed our stay. The only hard part was the parking situation as stated in the other reviews. But I would def stay here again!

The property met our family's needs perfectly- the multilevel property gave us plenty of room to spread out, take in the views, and enjoy the beach. The hammocks were a nice touch, comfortable, and relaxing to enjoy while listening to the water. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch too, only wish we were reminded about this amenity prior to arrival. Fortunately, we only missed a few hours. Overall, we had a great experience! Unit 19 could use some work...the tennants were not respectful of their neighbors. But, no fault of yours-

The house is very nice but the views from each floor are breath taking. The access directly to the beach was amazing and our group of 10 was very comfortable all 4 days of our stay. The parking is VERY limited, room for 2-3 standard cars or 2 large SUVs but it is tight. There are tons of restaurants, stores, etc within a quick walk. It was a great stay!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this particular townhome. It’s the perfect set up for grandparents, parents, and kids. The location is perfection! We plan to come again every year!
