Near Beach 3BR 3.5BA with Loft Sleeps 10 2 Golf Carts

What a wonderful property! Very quiet but crazy close to everything! The golf carts are much appreciated and very useful. The property was as described, clean, and a perfect layout if you want to enjoy your family! Do not hesitate to book this property

My family had a great time. We stayed at the same house last year and was very impressed. We wanted to stay there again this year and rented the property about six months ago. We hope to be able to rent the house again next year, however, the condo has been sold and as I understand it, VRBO will no longer be the booking agent so we will just have to wait and see what happens with this unit. Anyway, it is a beautiful condo at a great location that fits my family’s needs.

We had very young grandchildren with us who were afraid of the ocean, so the close pool and the fun golf carts were a BIG hit.With the balcony bed room for the kids( who went to bed before us), we had to turn off all lights downstairs and go out on the very big and nice screened in porch.The house was nicely decorated.

Great place for our family party of 6 to enjoy the beach, Destin Area, and have a nice place to eat and sleep. Having access to the two gold carts was great for getting us down to the beach and shops. The rooms were large and king beds were nice too. The kitchen was great for cooking and the dining table accommodated eveyone.

This property is super nice and the location is excellent. We had one minor problem, but we contacted the owner and they responded to us almost immediately. They were super responsive and great to rent from. I highly, highly recommend this property!!

House was wonderful! Golf carts were amazing to have to take to beach, golfed, watched march madness, and enjoyed beach. Deb and her husband are great hosts!!!

The condo and surrounding area was as the description said. Very nice appointments. The golf carts were very handy to see the entire Sandestin resort. 3 bedroom 3 bath on the same level is difficult to find. The only thing is the paint on the walls in the VRBO ad aren't the same now. The paint is an off white color on all the walls.

Amazing stay close to all amenities and the beach. Golf carts were included and were very helpful getting us and our things back and forth. House was amazing and had everything needed. Host was very nice and communication was easy. We will definitely stay again!!

We took our two sons, their wives and 10 yo grandson for a vacation here. We couldn’t stop talking about the beauty of the home. It was so roomy and comfortable. Everyone had their space but there was plenty of common space room to hang together as well. The two golf carts were a huge bonus as well. We explored the resort, went to the beach, grocery shopped and visited the wharf in them. The owners are very responsive to questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

EVERYTHING about this property & its management was AMAZING! Our family thoroughly ENJOYED the convenience of the 2 golf carts & the extra amenities! We were immediately responded to when inquiries were made & the space was accommodating for ALL! Thank you so very much for the opportunity to experience an AWESOME vacay!

Loved the stay at property, pool was close, great location. Beach 2 minute golf golf cart drive. House was perfect size for our group of 8 adults and 1 year old. Definitely will be stay here again

The villa was beautiful and perfect for my group of 8. The golf carts topped it off. They enabled us to easily get to the beach, wharf, and shopping center without moving our cars. The resort was absolutely lovely!

This place is a wonderful place to stay in Sandestin. It was very clean and in a good location. The host was very nice and responded to any request or needs that we had while we were there.

Beautiful upstairs condo on the golf course. Beds were comfortable. The pool was close by. We loved having the 2 golf carts to use.We enjoyed the screened in back porch. The trees provided shade and a breeze to make sitting outside very comfortable. Owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Great location, great property and great owners. Two golf carts included with the property an absolute must. Very close to dining, entertainment, shopping... a little something for everyone .

This is an excellent property. Everything was very clean and the appliances, air conditioning, etc, worked as they should. It was convenient to the convention center and to the beach. The golf cart was invaluable for getting around in the Sandestin complex and the property owners were great to work with. I will have no reservations about booking this property in the future.

Myself and 6 other adult family members stayed here for a week. Condo is as pictured. It’s large, beautiful, and had everything we needed especially the two golf carts. We loved it was in the Sandestin community and a short golf cart ride to the beach. Property owners are quick to respond to any questions. You won’t regret staying here.
