I truly enjoyed myself, older town home but the remodel and golfcart made it outstanding. The owner is a text away and I will be staying there from now on.

Very close to beach and it’s a gated community. Several really nice golf courses.

Everything from home was there. Only thing missing was spices for any cooking. If there was a storage box in front door area for a few sand bucket’s (take one give one type) so it wasn’t a need would be ideal. Again place was perfect! Just what we missed

We had a wonderful stay, Host was Awesome!!! Beds were comfortable. Location Awesome, close to the beach very short ride on the golf cart to access the beach, walkable to a shopping plaza with resturants etc. We had a Awesome trip. Thank you so much for sharing your Awesome rental.

The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and nicely decorated. We had no issues. The golf cart was a nice addition.

This was our first time visiting a beach in the gulf coast. The townhome was exactly as pictured. Super clean, nice kitchen, the new mattresses were so comfortable, and the golf cart made getting around so much fun. The host was super responsive and check in/check out was simple.

Location is great!

The golf cart was a game-changer. Park your vehicle and forget it for the week. Silvano (property manager) was super-responsive and very helpful. Ice maker in the fridge was a little slow. The pots and pans need some help…and please get a lid for your blender. Those things are minor, of course. Overall a wonderful experience.

Everything we need

The check in process was vey simple. This was our first time booking a Villa. The Villa was clean and met all our needs while on vacation.

We had a great experience. Only concern was the dryer belt being very loud. The manager said they had no idea of this problem, we let him know.

Location was excellent, house was extremely clean and the layout was great. Great amenities (the golf cart was great for getting to the beach). Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The golf cart was great. House was great, we weren’t there to “stay in a house” we were there to eat, sleep and sit at the beach! It was perfect. House was clean and had everything we needed to make dinners. The only thing that would be better was if they had a cooler and beach chairs so you could fly in and not need anything without having to rent the expensive ones from the shack on the beach!

Enjoy our short stay plenty to do and see the pool was nice and very close by. Beach and Bay short drive away in the nice new golf cart. Plenty of places to eat. We flew in and did rent a car but really would have been fine without one.

Place was clean and a good size for our family. We enjoyed the golf cart which is a must at Sandestin. Beach was a quick golf cart ride over and pool was less than 1 min ride around the corner. We rode over to Baytown wharf for activities, park and fireworks. There is a strip mall across from the property with some great food choices- Parlor Donuts, Tuscany (my fav!), subs, maple street biscuit, pizza by the sea. You could park your car and leave it the entire stay if you wanted. Owner was very responsive to my questions. There were a few beach chairs and boogie board. Quiet neighborhood.

Needs more designated parking spots because guest come with other people and then you have to park way way away

Very easy to navigate the property. Instructions were clear and concise on arrival process and property entrance. Silvano was a great host and answered any questions quickly. Great location with plenty of amenities for all ages.
