Stayed Oct 23, 2025The owner was quick with communication. The condo was clean and as described. We didnt use any of the facilities (pool, courts etc) so I cant speak to those. The only negative was the noise at times. The ground keepers were very loud and used an extremely loud leaf blower every morning right outside the sliding doors and the front door. You also heard the upstairs neighbor walking, their dog running, and anything they did (pulled chair out, dropped something on the ground, etc).

Stayed Mar 1, 2025It was clean and well equipped. Nice grounds for walking. Friendly. Having to go to another location and pay 25 for a parking pass for the month was irksome. We enjoyed Seascape for the most part. Owner was very responsive and kind.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Really enjoyed our stay. Steps away from pool, pickle ball courts and grill. Beautiful grounds and condo had everything we needed. Owner was very easy and kind to deal with-huge plus they allowed our dog to stay as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 2, 2024The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was a 9 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Sun, Sand, and Soul music festival produced by Topeka Music Vacations.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024The location was awesome! Peaceful, lots of green space. Golf course out front door and pickleball out back door. Close to pool too. Hostess is fantastic! Responsive to any questions. Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Definitely coming back!
