This beautiful Beachfront townhouse with large windows on both floors facing the beach has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and is fully equipped. There is a 2 month minimum but if you do 3 months we will lower the price to $13000/month! It’s on the 14th and 15th (Penthouse Floor) facing the Gulf of Mexico. We are located in Crescent Beach, a beautifully landscaped community with swimming pool, 2 fitness centers, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and shuffle board court. WiFi is available in the condo or down in the lobby. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom have a king bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The white sandy beach can be walked for an hour in each direction. Going north, your walk takes you along the peacefulness of a bird sanctuary and the opportunity to find sand dollars; going south, your walk takes you along the Marco shoreline where there are hotels, restaurants and beach toys (windsurfing, jet skis, parasailing, catamarans, or banana boats). The beach in front of the condo is very relaxing with lots of wildlife to entertain you (pelicans, skimmers, sand pipers, dolphins to mention a few) and the shelling is addictive. Run the beach, walk the beach, sit on the beach with your favorite beverage and watch the calm ocean wash in and out. Bring your noodle as you'll want to just float in the Gulf for hours. The sunsets are to die for right from our lanai. Great restaurants, golf, fishing, shopping. You name it, you can do it. Enjoy our piece of paradise. 2 month rentals only.

We have it as dock security when the house is empty. brbrInsects: While Florida’s warm climate can occasionally invite insects and bugs, we proactively manage this by scheduling professional pest control every quarter to keep our space clean and comfortable for guests.brbrNOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9brAny noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.”brbrSecurity Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. Come enjoy the beach, heated pools and various amenities in our newly renovated condo. Our 2-bedroom,2-bathroom condo is located in the South Seas East Condominium community, directly across from our private beach access. It is the only resort on the island where you can rent a boat slip outside your door and walk across the parking lot to the beach. Other amenities include pickleball, tennis, bocce ball shuffleboard, ping pong, weight room, and mini golf. Bring your own bikes and kayaks or rent them on the island. (Boat slips and kayak storage are separate fees.) Restaurants are in walking distance. Our condo has been completely repainted, furnished and decorated. The lanai sports beautiful water views of Clam Bay, the pool and a peek of the Gulf. All the appliances are new. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and the like. There is a nice size laundry room off the kitchen. In the living room there is a new queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed, custom closet with a built-in armoire and a TV.
