You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for yourbooking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

This stunning unit offers breathtaking panoramic views of over three miles of crescent beach. Experience a beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo featuring brand-new tiled flooring. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a TV, while the guest room offers twin beds. A washer/dryer is conveniently included, and smart TVs are available in both the living room and master bedroom. Perfect for your island getaway, this condo is within walking distance of an array of restaurants, cinemas, mini-golf, and shops—making a car unnecessary except for supermarket trips.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

    The check in process was very easy and on time. The entire condo was spotless and freshly cleaned. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Great place to make memories with the family.

    This condo is perfectly located right on the beach, with beach access and beautiful sunset views. Access is great. The property has bike racks if you want to rent bikes, a pool and hot tub and tennis/pickelball courts. The unit itself is nice and well furnished, although the footprint might be small for more than a family of 4. It has a washer dryer so you can do laundry. The unit comes with beach chairs, an umbrella and some coolers which is nice if you want to hang out on the beach. It could use some beach towels and a few more things in the kitchen (cutting boards)

    Perfect location but condo needs to be renovated. Other than new bed and nightstand, everything else is older. Rust on bathtub, vanity is deteriorating, peeling paint on spots on ceiling. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again for the price that was charged. Overall it was clean but old.

    I use reviews to make my decisions and we have rented through VRBO on several occasions. I have always had a great experience. I contemplated whether or not to write this review. This is a beautiful area. The unit has a huge oversized balcony that sits on the beach which was really nice and utilized a lot. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 connecting bathrooms and is nicely decorated. It had cable in the living Room and the main bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to make it feel like home. We made a lot of our own meals. Unfortunately, there was a fast moving cockroach (not palmetto bug) in our silverware drawer as we were eating breakfast one morning. I understand that you're in Florida because many of my family lived in Florida. However, when I called to get assistance they acted like it wasn't a big deal and said, Hey it's Florida, you're going to have bugs. I know that if you spray frequently enough, the bugs do not come into your home. They offered to come and clean up the bug and drawer. They also offered to come and spray while we were there. Because of the bug and their response, we will not stay at this building again.

    The apartment had everything needed... and more! Very nice people at the office where we picked up the keys, and excellent people at the front desk of the property, always smiling and willing to help. A bit hectic the day of the arrival and the day of leaving, since everybody arrive and leave at the same time, and the elevators were crowed. But even then, the renters, the staff and the cleaning crew were patient, well behave and happy. We had an excellent experience and we will return for sure.
