House Rules & Policies
To ensure a 5-star stay for you and a peaceful environment for our neighbors, please review our house rules before booking:

STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE (Strictly Enforced):
Marco Island enforces very strict residential noise policies. To ensure compliance and prevent fines:
• No Outdoor Music: Absolutely no music or speakers are allowed in the pool area or backyard at any time (24 hours a day).
• Quiet Hours (8:00 PM - 7:00 AM): Voices and sound must not be plainly audible from 50 feet away from the property line.
• Decibel Limits: Sound levels must not exceed 66 dBA during the day or 60 dBA at night. We use a noise monitor (which measures volume, not actual audio/conversations) on the patio to help monitor this.

Booking & Verification:
• Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, must stay at the property with the group, and is responsible for all guests.
• ID Verification: By booking, you agree to a secure identity verification process through Truvi, which requires uploading a government-issued ID (like a driver's license or passport).

General Rules:
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home and within the enclosed pool area.
• Parking: A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed, which must be parked in the private driveway.

Parking & Getting Around:

• Free Parking: You can comfortably park 2 to 3 cars in the private driveway right at the house.
• Getting Around: Marco Island is very easy to navigate by car, and ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Plus, with our central location, many local restaurants and shops are just a quick drive or a pleasant walk away!

‍♂️ Pool Safety & Heating:
Our pool is fully enclosed with a safety gate for your peace of mind. The depth ranges from 3 to 7 feet, making it perfect for both relaxation and family fun. We utilize an electric heater to maintain the water at a very comfortable 87-90°F, ensuring an enjoyable swim year-round.

STRICT HOUSE RULE: No Music in the Pool Area
Marco Island has very strict local noise ordinances. Because of this, absolutely no music or speakers are allowed in the pool area at any time—24 hours a day, day and night.

Exterior Cameras:
For your safety and property security, we have a Ring Doorbell and driveway cameras that actively record both audio and video. Please rest assured, there are absolutely no cameras inside the home.

Decibel Monitoring:
To help ensure compliance with the island's noise ordinances, the exterior of the property is equipped with a decibel monitor. This device only measures sound volume levels and does not record audio or conversations.

    The house was in a great location close to many attractions. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood too. The pool, hot tub and large yard area was enjoyed by all. We enjoyed grilling out a couple nights. Working with our host was easy and will recommend this house to anyone traveling to Marco Island area. Looking forward to our next trip.

    Loved this place. The pictures don't do it justice. Pool was warm and we swam every day. Every possible utensil in the kitchen, good luck sorting through them. Clean and lots of room inside and out. Chairs for everyone.

    Had a work trip to Marco and decided to come a few days early with a second family of 4 before we needed to head to the conference location. 4 adults, 4 kids. Great place, super convenient location, enough room for all of us. Backyard pool/patio area was the highlight for kids and adults alike! Communication with the hosts was great! If we come back to Marco, this place will be on the list!

    The house was great for our family of 5. One of the best parts was the large pool that was also well heated, so it was great for the kids even when the mornings and evenings got cool.

    The property is a couple of miles to the beach, but easily accessible by bike or car. The house has a nice layout and great seating outside. Owners checked in with us several times during our stay, but we didn’t need their assistance, because we didn’t run into any issues. Great property!
