This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for yourbooking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

This corner unit on the 15th floor offers an outstanding view! Enjoy a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo featuring new living and dining room furniture. Experience all the comforts of home, including picture-perfect sunsets from the balcony. Both bedrooms and bathrooms boast new tile flooring. The master and guest bedrooms are furnished with new queen sets. The living room includes a sleeper sofa suitable for children, but not for adults. Adjacent to the Apollo, there's a restaurant, and just a 10-minute walk north from the parking lot, you'll find additional restaurants, a movie theater with dining, and mini-golf.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

    This is a great condo. It was very clean. Kitchen had everything you needed, However, it would be nice if an air fryer was added. The view from the balcony is outstanding. The chairs on the balcony were very, very comfortable. Just a few steps to the beach. The beach was never very crowded. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

    This was the third time staying at this property. We absolutely love Marco Island. This unit was clean and spacious. The only issue I had was the internet and cable did not work well. We could not use more than one device on the Wi-Fi at a time. Everything else about the unit and stay was great!

    The view from this corner condo is so very outstanding and the balcony was perfect for relaxing. This unit is exactly as described and the building manager was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable as was the entire unit. We certainly look forward to returning.

    This condo surpassed our expectations. The location and view from the 15th floor made us feel like we were in the water. The sunsets were phenomenal and the condo was very well stocked as advertised. We will be back.

    Wow!! What a GREAT vacation! Your condo was perfect in every way! Loved the view, and the porch furniture was so comfy, we spent ALOT of time out there just taking in the beautiful water and sunsets. Being on the 15th floor on the corner, we could see for miles!! With such a beautiful beach we never used the pool, but it was always clean when we walked by, and the grounds are well maintained. Inside the condo we found everything we needed, and having the beach chairs in an outer locker was awesome and so appreciated! Everything in the kitchen was so tidy and clean, and although we really only 'made' breakfast there, if we wanted to do more cooking we could have :) The 'only' thing I would have liked was to have softer beds, but this is a personal preference.
