This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for yourbooking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

This beautiful corner unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with stunning panoramic views of the 3+ mile crescent beach. The Master Suite includes a king bed and en suite shower, while the guest bedroom offers a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top. The building boasts great amenities such as a heated pool, jacuzzi, covered seating area, tennis courts, and pickleball nets. For added convenience, the unit includes a full-size washer and dryer. Dining is easy with a restaurant next door and more options just down the street. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find shopping, dining, movies, and mini-golf. Please note, the stove is not full-sized.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

    The Sea Winds is a gem on the south end of Marco Island.

    Overall, this property is amazing. It is very spacious with an updated kitchen and great furniture. The end unit view cannot be beat! We expected an additional bed in the second bedroom as we had seen in photos, however there was only the bunk setup. Our only other suggestion would be to update MBR floor shower tile, vanities and mirrors. We will definitely be back and have already suggested this unit to family.

    Enjoyed our stay. A suggestion: need more wine glasses! Also, the water pressure in the kitchen faucet was quite low- almost nonexistent.

    Condo was perfect for our vacation stay, everything as described. Walked for miles on the beach, shopping close by. Local bike rental company drops off bikes to you. There were no beach accessories available to us, would have been nice. Pool and hot tub well maintained. The internet router needs upgrading to a secure protocol if you plan to work remotely.
