And if there is room in boat storage for your trailer or boat, you can use it....otherwise, you need to find parking off property. This usually is not an issue, but you are aware if it becomes one. Summer is high season for boat usage. It's first-come, first-served on trailer/boat parking. I suggest trying Pilot House Marina as another option, or Pennekamp State Park, or the Caribbean Club.brbrBoat rentals and deep-sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property have world-renowned diving spots just offshore. Rodriguez Key, with its famous sand bar, is only 3 minutes away and visible from our marina. The water in the Keys is shallow and only sea grass and sand until you get out to the reef—plenty of marine life. The area is wonderful for kayaking or paddleboarding through the mangroves.
