All issues should be reported within the first 3 hours of entry. When reporting the issues please notify us with evidence of the issue. For example, broken blender: image or video showing that the blender does not function. For any claims that cannot be photographed, for example, a smell, we ask that guests (at their own expense) involve a neutral 3rd party professional to assess the home to validate their claims.
