Remodeled Key Largo Townhome in Kawama w/ Pools, Private Marina, Lagoon, Tennis

Clean and updated. Great for families with young kids

The host was very responsive to questions. The location was excellent. The place was fully stocked and we had all we needed to cook meals and enjoy our stay. A big plus was beds were very comfortable. Thanks for the stay!

We only spent one night as our plane was delayed. The unit was clean and nice. No problem with anything.

This was our first trip to Key Largo so when searching for properties it was hard to know what was a good choice, location wise. This property was a very good location and quiet. I’d like to share our pros and cons as a list. Pros:*Extremely clean.*Well stocked overall (kitchen, towels, activities).*Nice appliances including washer and dryer (same LG washer I have at home). *Great internet connection.*Host very nice and helpful.*Easy entry access with the key entry, no need for worry about losing a key.*Beds are very soft and comfortable.*Several outside seating locations (back door screen in porch, picnic table outside front door and deck off main bedroom).*Lots of outside activities (swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, tennis, pickleball, beach).*Once checked, entry is very easy after that since the gate reads your license plate.*Lots of closet space and hangers. *Easy walk to pool, trail circles inside the propertyCons:*Two story is not conducive to disabled (this wasn’t an issue for us but I didn’t recall anything about it being two story when I booked so this caught me off guard when we walked in).*Living room furniture is not very comfortable. The couch is ok but the two chairs aren’t very comfortable since they don’t have arms.*Parking is limited, if you are driving an extended cab pickup you may have difficulty.*No en-suite bathroom. One is on main level, other is on second level.Overall we had a great time here!

Great property! Everything we needed for a long weekend.

This is a good place to stay with friends. The disappointing part was that there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs has an extremely small shower and no exhaust vent and is so tiny it was awkward to use. There were only had 2 towels per couple, so we appreciated the washer, but bring your own detergent. The way the pictures were displayed we were expecting 2 bathrooms adjacent to the 2 bedrooms. The property is older but was clean. We were disappointed with the layout. The owner was accommodating with the check in and check out process. If it was a family, rather than 2 couples, it would have been a great choice. Overall we'd still give it a rating of 4/good.

The condos are pretty old but the kitchen was remodeled. TV and internet were very good. All the necessities were covered and equipment for activities were available in the unit. Parking is sparse because of units that provide golf carts, this one did not but that wasn’t a problem for us. The pool is very close and the walk to the ocean was close and within the community.

Geat property stayed here .went to lazy lobster for dinner . Went fishing Bud and marys aboard the Cloud nine had a wonderful trip. Qe caught yellow tail snapper and king fish . I also landed a huge black grouper . Overall great birthday trip

It was our first time in Key Largo, and this rental helped make the experience really enjoyable. We loved the amenities on the property, and the security staff on site were really helpful. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely come back!

We had an excellent few days in the Keys. This property had everything we could have wanted - a lagoon with beautiful fish for swimming & snorkeling, two great pools, & a great ocean beach for fires & fishing.

We decided to get away for a few days over Thanksgiving and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Townhouse was well stocked with all essentials. Great location, nice beach access and quiet.

Property extremely clean. Conveniently positioned to Publix and restaurants.

We would stay here again and recommend our friends and family next April when we return for our daughter’s wedding.

Professionally ran. Gorgeous neghborhood! Amazing property. Really great all around. Hope to be back soon!!!!
