Bay Sunsets Free Kayaks/Paddleboard Jacuzzi

If you have a biat this house is a DREAM!We brought our 25 foot boat for the Thanksgiving holiday. Incredible to walk outside each day and take off on a ride. The newly remodeled kitchen was wonderfully appointed. We cooked more than we ate out. Including a Thanksgiving turkey! The host was very responsive when we had questions. We would stay again!

Great place to stay in a great location

What a lovely property! It was relaxing and quiet and a lot of fun. House was charming and very cozy. Ample space for all and so much to do without even leaving the backyard! From the hot tub, to the paddle board to swimming and even a rope swing in the back! We had a blast and can’t wait to return!

So cool staying near the swim with dolphins facility!! Overall wonderful stay and property.

We spent the weekend here for our nieces birthday and the home was everything as described and more ! We were totally happy !

This was a great house and location for our family spring break trip. We brought our boat down with us and had a wonderful time having it docked in our yard the entire stay so it was easy to be in and out throughout the day. We have teenagers that love to fish and the basin gave them the opportunity to do so even when we weren’t on the boat. This house is next door to the dolphin encounter center so you can see the dolphin all day and we also had a manatee in the waterway one morning also. The yard is huge and we had a great Easter egg scavenger hunt and lots of volleyball games throughout the week. The screen porch was our favorite hang out. The covered portion is comfortable to hang out in and the table was big enough for all of us to eat together. We had enough space to park and disconnect the boat trailer as well. Great house!

Back yard truly paradise. House a little disappointing

This was our second year returning to this really lovely house and beautiful yard. We planned our trip so that we could specifically stay at this house again. Everything about the house is comfortable and well-loved. You immediately feel at home! We especially enjoy the outdoor living room and sitting out by the water for spectacular sunsets! There is lots to do in the area and some great restaurants and we partook of both but we also just loved hanging out at the house! One especially important feature to us is that it's pet friendly - our Bichon was a happy camper too! We will probably come again for a third stay next year!

The property is all we hoped it would be. The beds and house were comfortable. Great experience. We will be back for sure!

Visiting from NM. Didn't know the Keys at all. This location is gorgeous . I fell in love with the coconut palms. In the hot tub every day :). Inside & outside show love & care. Quick responses to my questions.

Relaxing and peaceful. Did not want to leave the house. Quick response when I needed help with hot tub and coffee maker. Highly recommend!

Property manager was so easy to deal with and quick to correspond. Beautiful house and view/property even better than the pictures. Don’t hesitate to book exactly as described. House well equipped and comfortable.

Even though we had to deal with the remnants of Milton, the property more than made up for the weather. The yard could be enjoyed in any weather. The housd was perfect. The boat basin was a joy and kept my boat safe from the weather. Recommend it to families. Always something for evert one to enjoy.

We loved the house. It was beautiful and so was the yard. We unfortunately were there when there was a lot of rain and so the mosquitoes were so bad that we could not be outside the entire visit without being bitten. One thing to note is that the guest bedroom is open at the top of the wall to the rest of the house. This was not a huge deal to us but if privacy is important then it could be an issue. The water the house is on is somewhat enclosed (it seems to be called a sound) and there were a number of sinking boats on the water, which to us, ruined the ambiance to a certain extent. We still liked taking out the kayaks that the house offered. It was really cool being next to the dolphin encounter. We could see them well from the top of the yard but couldn’t stay out long because of the bugs. The sunsets were beautiful too but again, we couldn’t stay out long, even with bug spray. We also loved being so close to John Pennecamp State Park for snorkeling and Mrs. Mac’s is right down the road, which has the absolute best key lime pie.

It was great, the best part was the back yard, having access to Tarpon basin on kayak provided some great fishing opportunities. Every thing was clean and well maintained.

My family and I had an amazing time at Sunset Palms ! The house and property is absolutely beautiful and accommodating . Very professional host. The coconut trees are beautiful, we even found a couple on the ground to take home. Kayaking during sunset is a must! My family and I enjoyed the dolphin shows next door . The hot tub was nice and relaxing and very clean . Easy access to all of Key Largo . Highly recommend Sunset in Palms Paradise!
