Bessie - the adjacent apartment includes gorgeous wallpapered windows that used to open onto the hearse parking area (and, before this was built, onto the structure's exterior). Thought and Memory each have sleeper sofas in the common areas as well. Nocturnus may be our most stunning bathroom in the property, with wraparound windows with an amazing view of the rising mid and high-rise apartments at our neighbor, Pearl Square. Ivy is also a guest favorite, with dark green and brown hues. This is named after the ivy found growing through a broken (since repaired) window into this apartment when we purchased the building in 2021. brbrbrbrDecadence Wing - Apts 12, 13, 14 (Nephthys, O Fortuna, LaVilla) - this Wing consists of 2x studio apts and 1x 2R / 2 BA apt whose entrances face each other in a common atrium. Dogs must be housebroken.brYou are responsible for any chewing, messing in the house, fleas, etc. You need to pick up after your dog both in the yard and when walking on leash.br* Responsible guest must be at least 25 years old.br* Children should never be left alone in the house.br* Guests are responsible for any furniture damaged by pets, children, or themselves.br* We use a guest verification service called Superhog that will ask for your id and to take a photo to confirm you are who you say and that you are not likely to do damage. You need to do this process within 3 days of booking and at least 12 hours before your checkin (for last minute reservations). You will be sent a link to verify within 12 hours-24 hours, usually much quicker. If you don't verify or the company rejects you, your reservation may be canceled.br* No illegal activitiesbr* Breaking house rules can mean immediate termination of the rental with no refund.br* You'll have access from the house into the garage to use the washer/dryer, but no cars are allowed in the garage. There's plenty of outside parking.br* No Smoking of anything, including vape.br* Check in is after 4pm. Checkout is 11am. Please be on time for your checkout as we may need to clean and prepare our home for the next guest at 4pm. Your lock code will start working at 4pm on check in day, and stop working at 11 on your checkout day.br* To keep our house in great shape for you, there may be times when services need access to the property, such as lawn care, pest protection, other repairs. It's rare that anyone will need to enter the house during your stay and we will give warning whenever that may happen.br* If you find anything wrong, report it to us immediately so we can make it right.br* Upon checkout, please put used dishes in dishwasher (we'll turn it on) put used towels in a bathtub, and leave the beds you used unmade.br* There is both a garbage and recycle can outside. If you are there on a Sunday, please roll the cans to the street, and if there Monday, please bring them back to the side of the house after pickup.br* During your stay, please clean up any spills, wrappers, etc. You may be charged for missing, broken or damaged items, as well as additional cleaning fees if house is left a mess beyond normal use.
