Perfect HQ for a great Florida Georgia weekend

We did not use the jacuzzi because it was not clean and cloudy. The tarp over the jacuzzi was missing. We also did not use the kitchen for cooking because there were roaches in the cabinets and dishwasher. I contacted the host right away and advised about the pests and they stated that they will get with the site manager to get an exterminator out. We had to put down boric acid to keep them at bay. Other than that it’s a nice home but still need some upgrades

My family and I stayed at this property for 4 days. There was 8 adults and 3 children and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is located near stores and restaurants within 5 to 10 minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet. The property is an older property but many of the updates, modern finishes and newer appliances stand out in this property. We enjoyed many games nights outside and at the pool. We drove to the beach one day. The beach is about a 30 min drive so not bad. There was plenty of room to spread out with two different living spaces. We also enjoyed several games of pool on the pool table. We cooked dinner most nights so the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils we needed. The only drawback I can find is that there were only two bathrooms and they had not yet been renovated with the rest of the house. But I would still book here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday rental! The house was exceptionally clean and very spacious, offering plenty of room for both group activities and quiet personal time. There were ample towels, cleaning supplies, and an impressive selection of games and fun activities both inside and in the backyard.The water pressure was phenomenal—such a treat after a day at the pool! We loved the pool table and ping pong table, which added to the fun. The appliances worked well, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet, and the layout of the home made it easy for everyone in our group to have their own little sanctuary while still enjoying shared spaces for family bonding.Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and attentive, with excellent communication and a super fast response time. We truly felt cared for.We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to others. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Stayed for a few days to end a longer vacation. Was everything we needed and wanted. Owners were responsive when we had a question about the AC. Pool was great.

Loved the pool & hot tub. House was spacious. A few hiccups with cleanliness, maybe the length of time between rental and cleaning service?? Glad to have all the kids together and enjoy this momentous occassion.For the most part we we're pleased. Photos on website should be uodated tbough

My family and I booked this home for my grandson‘s birthday party in the same town. It was very convenient for where the birthday party was located great entertaining and nice that the house was a split game room on one side so that the kids could play the house was very clean. Had some issues and the owners were very fast to respond. Will definitely stay in the home again.

We did not receive check-in info. We had to text 20 hours in advance, text through the app, email and finally call. Got it while waiting at the door. Then kitchen sink overflowing with old food, probably from previous tenants. So with no sinks, it’s very hard to use the kitchen, almost impossible. Water was seeping through the kitchen floor next to the sink. Clearly something the renters knew for awhile. AC on even if below 0 at night, water in the spa green, bathroom old and not very clean, resting water in dishwasher after use. It’s my first bad experience with VRBO so I plan to use it again… at least once.

We stayed here so my daughter and her friend could attend WasabiCon at the convention center. It was a short easy drive to the con, and I got to enjoy the hot tub all day! Check in was easy, and the owner reached out to see how we were. I didnt check my email until i got home.....but everything was great, so i eas not concerned. My only dmall gripe....the hot tub was a little green, and there was a bunch of sand in the bottom. No biggie, but the green was a little off putting. Overall, i would definitely stay here agin.

Great property, easy to find. The house matched the online listing and was everything we expected. Two things that would have made our stay a little more comfortable was having a better working dryer and curtains that completely covered the sliding glass door in the master bedroom. Overall wonderful stay.

Property was clean and comfortable the neighbor hood was quiet and relaxing, easy communication with property management. We loved this home!

My cousins and I wanted a weekend getaway for my birthday and this home was PERFECTION! Extremely spacious inside and out, communication was received in a timely manner and we had ZERO complaints. This is something we would book again.

I want to start by saying we had a wonderful week. However, a few suggestions we would have would be cleaner floors prior to check ins…we wore shoes all week inside due to dirty flooring. Also, updated pics are a must. The outdoor area did not look like the pic…as the pic was obviously taken immediately after landscaping was done. It doesn’t appear to be as well maintained as the photo shows, as everything was grown over in planters. The pool was nice, however we were unable to enjoy the hot tub, as it had not been cleaned and did not have any chlorine. We got in once, but couldn’t stay in due to mildew smell. The kitchen was minimally stocked but we ended up having all we needed for a couple of cooked meals. We did have some water leak out from under washing machine…but looking at the baseboards in laundry room, I’m thinking this had happened before. Luckily I was paying attention and caught it before it became an issue for us. We really enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, and the BEAN BAG!!! We made lots of use of the awesome bean bag chair for family movie nights and Tennessee baseball!! Overall, I have nothing bad to say about our stay…just a few suggestions to make it better for future guests ? The owners/property managers were amazing with communication and being there for any needs/concerns.
