Downtown City View Loft

Couple of things wrong but overall good stay

The A/C was loud. The window was open when we got there. Needs some blackout drapes.

The bed was a cheap bed that sunk in middle, Very cheap mattress and remote control to TV had weak batteries. Horrible place.

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend getaway. Such a quaint little loft and perfect for us. The elevator across the hall is a bit loud and busy, but we soon learned to tune it out. We were convenient walking distance or a quick Uber ride to our desired destinations. Will definitely stay again!

Host was very accommodating to our needs. Great place to stay when attending a concert.

Great location and accommodations

The host was easy to communicate with. The location and safety of the building was good. Friendly and quiet neighbors. The mattress was comfortable. While it is an older building so we understand discoloration etc, it did not seem very clean overall. It needed a good deep clean on the baseboards, corners, and in the bathroom. There weren’t any face wash clothes, we were overwhelmed with a lingering smell of weed in the middle of the night into the next morning (we are not smokers at all), the new roll of toilet paper had something smeared on it, and we killed a cockroach on the wall in the kitchen area. We stayed overnight but considered leaving to a nearby hotel and we wouldn’t rebook in the future.

The space was advertised as a water view there was none. The space advertised a television that drops from the celing it did not. The space advertised an internet café there was none. Also in the amenities there was listed as the building having apool table there wasn't one. Spoke to building management when hecking out and was told she had no knowledge of either and she had been at this property since October 2025.After checking in Saturday evening texted host to ask where we could washcloths as there were none provided. Host texted back his apology and said they could be provided Sunday at 12:00 oclock that housekeeping had been contacted. Cannot in good conscience rate this any higher.

I chose this for a quick getaway/ staycation to enjoy downtown Jacksonville without having to drive home after socializing. I loved the location, and the space was very neat and clean. The downer was that I checked out earlier than expected because I just couldn't rest. The infrastructure is a bit noisy, and I could hear neighbors chatting in their units, so with all of that, my energy was thrown off. I took a chance and drove home anyway after my evening out.

We came for a one night stay for a concert and the location was right in the city and only 30 minutes from the beach. Check in was easy and the other’s in the building were nice. It was clean and the bed was so comfy!

Easy walk to downtown for a comedy show. Great view.

Stayed here for one night for a concert at the Vy Star Veterans Arena, a little over a mile away and took us less than 8 minutes to get there! Great location, easy to check in, no hassle, parking out front, comfy bed, waters in fridge, coffee provided, some snacks on the counter. Would definitely stay again!
