Our community is located on Lake Powell and across from Camp Helen State Park. brbrIncludes beach gear, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, coffee maker, washer/dryer, WiFi, 3 Smart TVs, linens, towels and much more!brbrOur house sleeps up to 12 people comfortably including children. It is not meant for 12 adults. Please review sleeping arrangements to make sure you will be comfortable. brbrGolf Cart is complimentary. Refunds are not offered if for reasons beyond our control the golf cart is not working properly at any time. brbrGolf cart must be driven by an adult age 25 or older with a valid U.S. driver`s license - only 6 passengers at a time and everyone must be buckled. You will be required to sign a waiver and provide a copy of your driver’s license and insurance. brbrRenter must be over 25.brbrYou will have the entire house to yourself as well as access to the community pool and the lake. This access has no steps-just walk straight onto the beach. One of our personal favorites!brbrbrbr-Gulf Lakes Estates is a South Walton County beach access (1 mile east of Prominence). Small access that can be easily missed. Parking not available but easy bike ride to the beach.brbrbrbr-Santa Clara is a public beach access located at Bramble Grove Place (about 3.5 miles). This access provides a lifeguard, parking and bathrooms as well as ADA access to the beach.brbrbrbrTHE BIG CHILL (FORMERLY THE HUB)brbrThe community’s town center, called “The Big Chill,” includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater. The amphitheater includes a covered event pavilion and is a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. This location is perfect for family outings! Small access that can be easily missed. Parking not available but easy bike ride to the beach.brbrbrbr-Santa Clara is a public beach access located at Bramble Grove Place (about 3.5 miles). This access provides a lifeguard, parking and bathrooms as well as ADA access to the beach.brbrbrbrTHE BIG CHILL (FORMERLY THE HUB)brbrThe community’s town center, called “The Big Chill,” includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater.
