•    Private Pool - enjoy year-round outdoor fun in the fenced-in backyard with a private pool and fire pit with conversation seating. Pool heating available for an additional fee for arrivals October – April.
•    Pet Friendly - Pre-approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee required for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less. A pet station is available in the fenced-in yard.
•    6 Taxi Bikes – the recommended way to explore Inlet Beach and nearby Rosemary Beach
